At 2:26 PM EDT on August 19, the Full Moon occurs with the Moon in Aquarius and the Sun in Leo.
Yesterday and today, Monday (8/19/2024), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Venus joining with Jupiter and Saturn (7*). The vibrational energy pattern today is about seeking to achieve your goals and being willing to introduce and act on new ideas in order to accomplish your aims. There is quite a bit of sensitivity to how your actions are perceived by others and an understanding of the importance of operating in ways that are comfortable for the other people involved in the operation. There is an attraction to an expansion of your aims in a systematic realistic way as you seek to expand your social connections and get to the really foundational issues that need to be addressed. For two days now the effective use of this vibrational energy pattern involves tuning into what you feel drawn to do that enables you to develop and express yourself without regard to the expectations of anyone else. This energy is increasing in influence until it peaks at 12:45 PM on Aug. 19 then decreasing fading out around 2 PM on Aug. 20. This vibrational energy pattern brings the ability to operate freely and spontaneously responding to each moment appropriately.
Aug 18 – Aug 19 (exact Aug 19) Venus in Virgo is opposing Saturn in Pisces. This energy is increasing in influence until it peaks at 4:29 AM on Aug. 19 then decreasing fading out around 11 PM on Aug. 19. Aug 18 – Aug 19 (exact Aug 18) the Sun in Leo is joining with Mercury in Leo. This energy is decreasing fading out around 11:30 AM on Aug. 19. This energy is increasing in influence until it peaks at 1:53 AM on Aug. 19 then decreasing fading out around 11:59 PM on Aug. 19. This vibrational energy pattern is about being very actively involved in big experiences of beauty. Aug 17 – Aug 19 (exact Aug 18) Mercury in Leo is acting and agitating (square) with Uranus in Taurus. This energy is decreasing fading out around 9 AM on Aug. 19. This vibrational energy pattern brings impulsive thoughts and actions that burst out suddenly and may be disruptive. Aug 15 – Aug 24 (exact Aug 19) Jupiter in Gemini is acting and agitating (square) with Saturn in Pisces. This energy is increasing in influence until it peaks at 5:46 PM on Aug. 19 then decreasing fading out around 12 PM on Aug. 24. This vibrational energy pattern is about taking action to expand your understanding of the fundamental truths that are at the foundation of life.
Jul 28 – Sep 4 (closest Aug 16), Neptune in Aries is sharing freely (sextile) with Pluto in Aquarius. This planetary interaction begins at around 3 AM on Jul 28. It does not get exact but the closest position is on August 16. This vibe is then decreasing fading out around 11AM on Sept 4. This vibrational energy pattern brings a surge of focus on your dreams and your passionate need to pursue your dreams
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 8:21 PM yesterday, peaking at 10:21 PM yesterday, the Moon in Aquarius is flowing freely (trine) with Jupiter in Gemini. In this 4 hr period there is a sense of emotional openness and expansion within you. This can feel either good or bad depending on what your general feeling at the time is but it will tend to be optimistic.
Starting at 12:08 AM, peaking at 2:08 AM, the Moon in Aquarius is flowing freely (trine) with Mars in Gemini. This 4 hr period is probably going to have your emotions and moods whooped up a bit, you will tend to focus on something you want to do and really get on with it. You may get upset if someone interferes at this time, you won’t want to be interrupted or blocked.
Starting at 10:32 AM, peaking at 12:32 PM, the Moon in Aquarius is opposing Mercury in Leo. In this 4 hr period the emotions and moods will tend to influence the mind during this time, as well as the mind having an influence on the mood and emotions. They will tend to take turns being dominant.
Starting at 12:19 PM, peaking at 2:19 PM, the Moon in Aquarius is acting and agitating (square) with Uranus in Taurus. In this 4 hr period your emotions could be scattered all over the place with you feeling one thing one moment and another the next moment and you have the energy and desire to act on each of these things as it spontaneously surfaces. It is good to have a little bit of you watching this process and every once in a while saying, “I better wait on that one.”

At 6:51 PM the Moon enters Pisces bringing a sense of the connections we all have with each other and with everything around us. A Pisces moon is very good at connecting things together that don’t look like they belong together, so use this 2 ½ days to reach out and connect with those that you thought you could never establish a relationship with, right now it might work.

At 2:26 PM EDT on August 19, the Full Moon occurs with the Moon in Aquarius and the Sun in Leo. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on September 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings the potential for creative exploration that can discover new ideas and new ways of operating that can bring changes in our lives and the lives of those around us. This is combined with a focus on internal development and on being with others who are also seeking to develop themselves. There is the potential here for sudden, unexpected, conceptual insights that can shift our understanding of ourselves and the world. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “Many Little Birds on the Limb of a Large Tree” which will help us form relationships that recognize the worth of each person as we share in exchanges of love and affirmation. Interacting superficially seeking to gain prominence, power and prestige is not likely to work well at this time. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Tree felled and sawed”, This opens the door to releasing of old ego patterns and the moving from personal needs to a focus on service to others. If you hold onto a pattern focused on personal gain you will likely find yourself pulled in many different directions with resentful feelings that keep you from participating in an integrated wholeness.
On August 4, the New Moon occurred with the Sun and Moon in Leo. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on September 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is about tangible achievements brought about by expanding your social connections. The most effective action is likely to be done by joining with others into an open creative community expressing independent thinking based on seeing the big picture. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “An Old Sea Captain Rocking” which is about contemplating all that you have been experiencing and getting it in perspective. This increases your understanding and brings guidance for future action. It is important that you stay focused in the present rather than getting caught up in memory and disconnected from the current reality.
On June 20, the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun enters Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a potential for rebirth of the experience of beauty in our everyday life. There is a challenge to adjust and rebirth our dreams and visions. There is a strong sense of smooth flowing development and refinement of the inner self. This is a time to interact and explore on a deep inner level. This gives the potential for new patterns to form organically within you. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun Moon distance is “An Orangutan” which points to each of us sensing powerful primitive distortions deep within us. We are recognizing the need to refine and guide these forces into more mature expression. There is the possibility of distortion if you take for granted your right to do whatever you feel like in life without considering its effect on other people.
On April 8, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Aries. This will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on October 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings us into connection with each other. We understand more and more how the life experiences of others impact our own life experiences. There is a call to support others where they need support as we also respect the importance of each person fashioning their own life pattern. There is a challenge here to learn to work together harmoniously while still respecting each person’s individual experiences and understandings. The Sabian Symbol for the Solar Eclipse is “A Young Girl feeding Birds in Winter”. Here we are making a tentative connection into and expressing the nurturing love that is the core of this realm of manifestation. This love is always there in the depths, if we will allow ourselves to connect into it, no matter what our situation. There is a warning here about trying to manipulate others by controlling what they need that they do not have access to on their own.
On March 25, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on September 17, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is especially focused on taking actions in ways that are compatible with the other people involved in and impacted by the actions. There is the potential here for sudden unexpected events to occur and for the results of one’s actions to have unexpected consequences. There is also an emphasis here of being able to get down to the true core patterns involved and to be able to see the real motives behind pe ople’s actions. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Square brightly lighted on one side”. This symbol is about identifying your destination point and sensing the path you need to take to reach it. The Symbol for the Moon is “The Ideals of a man abundantly crystallized”. This encourages you to work internally to solidify your ideals, forming a solid foundation from which you can relate to others effectively.
