Today, Tuesday (8/10/2021), the strongest vibrational influence comes from Mercury joining with Uranus and Neptune (1*). Today’s vibration is focused deep within us. This is more about internal mental work than anything out in the world although it is recommended that you share on a deep level with those who you can interact with on very deep levels. There is likely a flow here of insights, perhaps spontaneous insights that help you to tune into some awesome and really out there experiences. This is a time of inspiration, of following your dreams, of using your mind to build new and special structures that you can develop. Part of this involves internal evaluation of patterns to figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are. This is about figuring out how to express things in ways that are more beautiful, clear, and effective.

Two-Planet Diary

Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them. There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given. Aug 10 – Aug 12 (exact Aug 11) Venus in Virgo is flowing freely (trine) with Pluto in Capricorn. This vibe begins to influence us around 11 PM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 6:45 PM on Aug 11 then decreasing fading out around 3 PM on Aug. This vibration brings an intense attraction to beauty that may be irrational. This can involve attractions to people, places, or whatever is your most beautiful thing in the world. Some of these attractions are amazing and some may be inappropriate. Just hold on for a couple of days and it will not be as strong and you can evaluate whether you really want to do this.
Aug 10 – Aug 11 (exact Aug 10) Mercury in Leo is opposing Jupiter in Aquarius. This vibe begins to influence us around 9:30 AM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 9:19 PM then decreasing fading out around 10 AM on Aug 11. This vibration is bringing a need to see the big picture especially in relationships. There is a sense here of stepping back and really letting yourself see what is going on.
Aug 9 – Aug 10 (exact Aug 9) Venus in Virgo is opposing Neptune in Pisces. This vibe is decreasing fading out around 4:30 PM. This vibration brings an appreciation of dreams and an attraction to the beauty of the dreams you carry within you. This is an important time to share your dreams with others. You might just find the people that you can partner with to make your dreams a reality.
The Moods of the Moon.
{Remember that the quick Moon patterns impact our moods and feelings for a window a couple of hours either side of their peak time.}
Starting at 9:42 PM yesterday, peaking at 11:42 PM yesterday, the Moon in Virgo is joining with Mars in Virgo. This 4 hr period is full of energy that you need to direct in a constructive way, like into sports, exercise or other physically active projects.
Starting at 11:19 AM, peaking at 1:19 PM, the Moon in Virgo is flowing freely (trine) with Uranus in Taurus. This 4 hr period is impulsive and spontaneous needing the freedom to do what it wants to on the spur of the moment. Take a second to check for safety and go for it.
The Cyclic Patterns Diary

On August 8 the New Moon occurred with the Sun and Moon in Leo. This vibration will be influencing us until the next New Moon on September 6. Both Uranus and Saturn are interacting with the New Moon although Uranus is much stronger. This indicates a tendency to act spontaneously this month without thinking about the consequences. There is a strong need for freedom to do what you want to do when you want to do it. This is like an echo of the energies we will be dealing with around Christmas when Saturn and Uranus will be interacting intensely. This vibration also involves a sense of the importance to interacting with the other people in your community. There is a potential here to learn some new things and expand your connections with others. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun and Moon is “A non-vested Church Choir”. This is about beginning to interact with others in a relaxed and open way learning how to work effectively together in unified action. There is awarning about being overly critical of others that this comes from feeling threatened and could result in you losing your connections with your community.
On June 20, the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun enters the sign of Cancer. This vibration will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22. There is potential for expansion and growth this summer. The summer energy contains a sense of moderation involving acting in a considerate harmonious way but there will likely be some change, some action to open up to new patterns and ways of operating. A strong Sabian Symbol for the summer is “A Fellowship Supper” which refers to reaching out to others, sharing companionably with them, forming, and renewing feelings of fellowship and bonding, breaking through feelings of alienation all for the purpose of healing your lines of connection. If you refuse to reconnect with others out of fears of facing and dealing with past issues and old secrets, you may have a sense of having lost some important part of yourself.
On June 10 a New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Gemini. This finishes the Eclipse Season and these patterns will be influencing us until the start of the next Eclipse Season on November 19. This Solar Eclipse is especially working on our mental patterns. It brings a focus on the mind and how your dreams and visions of life are being reflected in your experience. It is about exploring the world and interacting with what is around you in playful and creative ways. There is the potential here for discovering new relationships and connections with the people and the environment around you. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun and Moon is “A Cafeteria” which focuses on the abundance of choices available to you in your world and your opportunity to select which of these choices is right for you, which will nourish you and your life. When you know what is right for you then you need to deliberately select it, pay for it and make it a part of your essence. It is important that you only take what you truly need, leaving the rest for others.
On May 26 a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius. This vibration will be influencing us until the New Moon Solar Eclipse on June 10. This is the start of the Eclipse Season. This vibration is focused on taking action and doing the things that it is essential for you to do to express yourself authentically. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “Drilling for Oil” which refers to you digging down into the ancient strata looking for that which has been formed deep within you. You recognize the pressure that these old structures generate and seek to release the energy that is bound up in these deep patterns. There is a warning not to scatter your energy in superficial pursuits that will let you avoid the deep work that is called for at this time. The Moon Symbol is “A Game of Cricket”. This refers to the process of learning the rules of interfacing with the physical and spiritual realms and following these rules so you can effectively play the game. It cautions against acting arbitrarily, refusing to play by the rules of the game and that if you do you will likely receive harsh reactions and perhaps be rejected by others.
The Retrograde Diary: NO DEGREE CHANGES TODAY
Turning Backward of Uranus, Neptune; Reworking of Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto; Turning Forward of Pluto
{During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards. These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period.
