Today, Monday (5/27/2024), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Mars joining with Saturn and Uranus (1*). This vibrational energy pattern is restless and dissatisfied and reaching out to discover something more satisfying. There is a sense of needing to reformulate your experiences in new combinations. This is combined with a desire to develop your own personal way of understanding the things you are experiencing rather than accepting someone else’s conceptual structure. Once you have a clear sense of how you understand the new things you are encountering, you will be likely to take action expressing your ideas and seeking to introduce some new understandings to others. An Effective Response to this current vibrational energy pattern involves recognizing that your reaching out and seeking to connect in with and impact many people is related to your delight in the unique patterns of expression of each individual person. The Two Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them.
There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of the exact time of the aspect. May 27 – May 28 (exact May 27) Mercury in Taurus is sharing freely (sextile) with Saturn in Pisces. This vibe begins to influence us around 10 AM on May 27 and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 11:22 PM on May 27 then decreasing fading out around 1 PM on May 28. This vibrational energy pattern is very analytical seeking the foundational patterns that underlie whatever you are involved in. This is a time when working on in depth understandings is likely to be very fruitful.
May 19 – May 28 (exact May 23) Jupiter in Taurus is sharing freely (sextile) with Neptune in Pisces. This vibe is decreasing fading out around 9 AM on May 28. This vibrational energy pattern involves expanding your dreams, visions and ideals by finding people that you can share with and joining together to work in harmony on developing your dreams and the dreams of your partners.
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 9:37 PM yesterday, peaking at 11:37 PM yesterday, the Moon in Capricorn is acting and agitating (square) with Mars in Aries. In this 4 hr period you may find yourself more prone to be emotionally worked up. Doing something active will use the energy in a constructive way. Take a walk even if it’s just around the block or down the hall, do some squats, run in place, anything that uses the excess energy that is floating around right now.
Starting at 4:05 AM, peaking at 6:05 AM, the Moon in Capricorn is flowing freely (trine) with Uranus in Taurus. In this 4 hr period you have an easy sense of flexibility and ability to respond in the immediate moment in an organic way based on a sense of objective awareness.
Starting at 2:02 PM, peaking at 4:02 PM, the Moon in Capricorn is sharing freely (sextile) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period could bring a distracted dreamy feeling when you are not really sharply focused. Instead you may find yourself day-dreaming about what you would like your life to be like. This is a good time to dream, but not a good time to act on those dreams. Wait until you are thinking more clearly.
At 4:44 PM the Moon enters Aquarius and becomes focused for the next 2 ½ days on participating in group processes. We are all a part of many groups including our family, our friends, our community, our country and our world. The Moon in Aquarius finds satisfaction in being a part of its groups and contributing to the functioning and well being of those groups.
Starting at 3:32 PM, peaking at 5:32 PM, the Moon in Aquarius is flowing freely (trine) with Jupiter in Gemini. In this 4 hr period there is a sense of emotional openness and expansion within you. This can feel either good or bad depending on what your general feeling at the time is but it will tend to be optimistic.
Starting at 6:09 PM, peaking at 8:09 PM, the Moon in Aquarius is joining with Pluto in Aquarius. This 4 hr period is likely to bring some deep intense emotional feelings with perhaps an awareness of older patterns that are influencing your reactions right now.

On May 23, the Full Moon occurs with the Moon in Sagittarius and the Sun in Gemini. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on June 6, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a compulsive need to expand the beauty in your life. You may have sudden experiences of unexpected beauty that will absolutely thrill you. There is a focus here on connecting into yourself and sensing what you need to do without reference to other people. This can lead to working on forming an organization or combination of some very specific ideas into a new and different conceptual pattern. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “The Garden of the Tuileries” which involves relating to a formalized expression of graceful and exquisite patterns around you that gives you a beautiful model for organizing the gifts within you. Take care to be aware of distortions and the tendency to rationalize them. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Quiver filled with Arrows” which refers to the ways we continually hurt ourselves and others by our unconscious actions. This is a call for each of us to pay more attention to what we are actually saying and doing.
On May 7, the New Moon occurred with the Moon and Sun in Taurus. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on June 6, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is about reevaluation of your goals. What really are your goals? Are you accomplishing them? What are the internal motives and drives that are generating your behaviors and do these behaviors get you to the result that you really want to accomplish. There is a sense of the importance of the patterns and traditions on the past and of the need for freedom to act spontaneously in the future. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A Newly Formed Continent”. This involves a sense of acceptance of yourself as a newly formed being in your own right. There is a danger that you will react to the new pattern forming within you with fear and rejection. The effective expression of this New Moon Pattern involves establishing a stable form at each point based on your current understanding while recognizing that you need to continuously revise your form as your understanding develops.
On April 8, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Aries. This will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on October 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings us into connection with each other. We understand more and more how the life experiences of others impact our own life experiences. There is a call to support others where they need support as we also respect the importance of each person fashioning their own life pattern. There is a challenge here to learn to work together harmoniously while still respecting each person’s individual experiences and understandings. The Sabian Symbol for the Solar Eclipse is “A Young Girl feeding Birds in Winter”. Here we are making a tentative connection into and expressing the nurturing love that is the core of this realm of manifestation. This love is always there in the depths, if we will allow ourselves to connect into it, no matter what our situation. There is a warning here about trying to manipulate others by controlling what they need that they do not have access to on their own.
On March 25, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on September 17, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is especially focused on taking actions in ways that are compatible with the other people involved in and impacted by the actions. There is the potential here for sudden unexpected events to occur and for the results of one’s actions to have unexpected consequences. There is also an emphasis here of being able to get down to the true core patterns involved and to be able to see the real motives behind people’s actions. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Square brightly lighted on one side”. This symbol is about identifying your destination point and sensing the path you need to take to reach it. The Symbol for the Moon is “The Ideals of a man abundantly crystallized”. This encourages you to work internally to solidify your ideals, forming a solid foundation from which you can relate to others effectively.
On March 19, the Spring Equinox occurred as the Sun entered Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the Summer Solstice on June 20, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is connecting into our deep emotional levels making us aware of these deep levels and bringing the potential for a reworking, a rebirth of these deep levels based on insight into what is actually going on within us. This insight may come as a result of seeking to act out of these deep levels and getting feedback from the world around us. There is the potential for a reality check on the foundations of our systems during this three month period. The Sabian Symbol for the relationship of Sun to Moon is “A Man formally dressed and a Deer with its Horns folded. This symbol recognized our more primitive aggressive instincts and shows that we use formal, polite relationship patterns to guide our interactions with other. This will enable us to gain control of our more primitive aggressive instincts. Displaying power, dominance and intimidation in this time period is going against the current energy flow and will tend to undermine the accomplishment of your goals.
The Retrograde Diary: NO DEGREE CHANGES TODAY >> Introductory Period for Saturn, Uranus: Turning Back of Neptune: Reworking of Pluto, {During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards. These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period. These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago.
