At 6:49 PM EDT on July 13, the First Quarter Moon Phase occurs with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Cancer.
Today, Saturday (7/13/2024), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Sun and Mars joining with Pluto (1*). The strongest vibrational energy pattern today is about seeking to understand and evaluate patterns, especially things that are created by human beings as contributions to the culture. This could be, for example, a book, a piece of music, or a movie script. This involves working with the creation, seeing how it can be most effectively presented and where necessary revising it. This vibration includes a very intense almost compulsive drive to evaluate a particular creating and then act regarding it in an appropriate way. There is real potential here for sharing this creation with others and acting to present it to the public in an appropriate way. (For VA Students: 19)
An Effective Way to use this current vibrational energy pattern is to have a long view, seeing what is in the far distance and reaching out to experience it. This is effectively done in relationship with others where you are intensely involved in whatever you are doing.

This vibe begins to influence us around 11 PM on July 13 and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 10:05 AM on July 15 then decreasing fading out around 10:30 PM on July 16. This vibrational energy pattern brings big spontaneous actions. You are looking for something new and different and the more exciting it is the better you like it. Be very aware while you are pursuing these energies.
Jul 11 – Jul 13 (exact Jul 12) Venus in Leo is opposing Pluto in Aquarius. This vibe is decreasing fading out around 5 AM on July 13. This vibrational energy pattern brings a compulsive irrational attraction to beauty. This is something you can experience within you even if it is not part of your external experiences. Endure the pressure of it and letting yourself celebrate the feeling you have here even if it is unfulfilled can bring an amazing personal experience.
The Moods of the Moon

Starting at 6:18 AM, peaking at 8:18 AM, the Moon in Libra is sharing freely (sextile) with Mercury in Leo. This 4 hr period brings a focus on thinking and communicating those thoughts, so writing down your thoughts, and possibly communicating what you are thinking about in a discussion or just sitting and thinking for a while would be profitable. This has the emotions and the mind interacting well and is a good time to work on important projects.

At 6:49 PM EDT on July 13, the First Quarter Moon Phase occurs with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the Full Moon on July 21, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a feeling of restlessness and dissatisfaction with the status quo. There is a tendency to focus on particular ideas that you feel you must take action on. There are big feelings here and a need for large expansive action. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “Meeting of a Literary Society” which brings the opportunity to connect with others in a respectful harmonious exchange of ideas where you are rigorously reevaluating everything in a search for greater meaning. On July 5, the New Moon occurred with the Moon in Cancer and the Sun in Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 4, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a subtle emphasis on tapping into the essence and foundation of the areas you are working in. The importance of accomplishing your goals in a way where you are taking into account the needs of the other people involved is highlighted. There is a potential for creative development of better patterns of operation in your communities as you seek to address the areas in your community where people are falling through the cracks. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A group of people who have overeaten and enjoyed it”. This is a reminder of the importance of working carefully and systematically in a group to test out new experiences and interactions taking one step at a time. On June 20, the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun enters Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a potential for rebirth of the experience of beauty in our everyday life. There is a challenge to adjust and rebirth our dreams and visions. There is a strong sense of smooth flowing development and refinement of the inner self. This is a time to interact and explore on a deep inner level. This gives the potential for new patterns to form organically within you. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun Moon distance is “An Orangutan” which points to each of us sensing powerful primitive distortions deep within us. We are recognizing the need to refine and guide these forces into more mature expression. There is the possibility of distortion if you take for granted your right to do whatever you feel like in life without considering its effect on other people.
On April 8, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Aries. This will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on October 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings us into connection with each other. We understand more and more how the life experiences of others impact our own life experiences. There is a call to support others where they need support as we also respect the importance of each person fashioning their own life pattern. There is a challenge here to learn to work together harmoniously while still respecting each person’s individual experiences and understandings. The Sabian Symbol for the Solar Eclipse is “A Young Girl feeding Birds in Winter”. Here we are making a tentative connection into and expressing the nurturing love that is the core of this realm of manifestation. This love is always there in the depths, if we will allow ourselves to connect into it, no matter what our situation. There is a warning here about trying to manipulate others by controlling what they need that they do not have access to on their own.
On March 25, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on September 17, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is especially focused on taking actions in ways that are compatible with the other people involved in and impacted by the actions. There is the potential here for sudden unexpected events to occur and for the results of one’s actions to have unexpected consequences. There is also an emphasis here of being able to get down to the true core patterns involved and to be able to see the real motives behind people’s actions. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Square brightly lighted on one side”. This symbol is about identifying your destination point and sensing the path you need to take to reach it. The Symbol for the Moon is “The Ideals of a man abundantly crystallized”. This encourages you to work internally to solidify your ideals, forming a solid foundation from which you can relate to others effectively.
