Today, Thursday (8/1/2024), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Mercury and Mars joining with Neptune (0*). There are no patterns that are strong enough to be a dominating influence today, however one pattern is distinctly stronger than the rest. This is the featured energy pattern of Mercury, Mars and Neptune. This vibrational energy pattern is internally focused working on an internal flow of awareness. This involves following the evolving flow of energy that is developing internally. This can bring significant conceptual insights. The mental processes are energized in this pattern and there is a tendency to reach beyond the everyday experiences into the realm of dreams and visions. (For VA Students: 21)
This current vibrational energy pattern is best expressed by giving free reign to your curiosity. Just go out and explore whatever suits your fancy and enjoy the process. This energy is reaching a far distance, seeking exotic expansive experiences as it is tuning into the universal patterns and seeking to bring them into form here on earth.

The Two Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them.
There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of the exact time of the aspect. The longer patterns are stronger and so are listed here, followed by a section on the Moods of the Moon}
Aug 1 – Aug 3 (exact Aug 2) Venus in Leo is acting and agitating (square) with Uranus in Taurus. This vibe begins to influence us around 2 PM on Aug. 1 and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 9:26 AM on Aug. 2 then decreasing fading out around 5 AM on Aug. 3. This vibrational energy pattern involves intense feelings of attraction that come over you in the moment and a strong desire to take action on those attractions. This can be an attraction to something that is beautiful to you, a natural space, a person, an art object, etc. Be aware that these feelings are likely going to shift in a couple of days. So wait until the transit is over to see if you still feel the same way, before you take any life changing actions.
Jul 28 – Sep 4 (closest Aug 16), Neptune in Aries is sharing freely (sextile) with Pluto in Aquarius. This planetary interaction begins at around 3 AM on Jul 28. It does not get exact but the closest position is on August 16. This vibe is then decreasing fading out around 11AM on Sept 4. This vibrational energy pattern brings a surge of focus on your dreams and your passionate need to pursue your dreams
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 8:46 PM yesterday, peaking at 10:46 PM yesterday, the Moon in Gemini is acting and agitating (square) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period highlights your dreams and is a great time to do anything that is especially magical for you, like visiting some special place that you love to go to. There may be some feelings of disconnection from the everyday world and perhaps a sense of fuzziness or vagueness. It will pass as the Moon moves beyond Neptune.
Starting at 3:43 AM, peaking at 5:43 AM, the Moon in Cancer is sharing freely (sextile) with Mercury in Virgo. This 4 hr period brings a focus on thinking and communicating those thoughts, so writing down your thoughts, and possibly communicating what you are thinking about in a discussion or just sitting and thinking for a while would be profitable. This has the emotions and the mind interacting well and is a good time to work on important projects.

On July 27, the Third Quarter Moon phase began with the Moon in Taurus and the Sun in Leo. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 4, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is especially focused on working inside of yourself to connect in with the deeper spiritual essence of yourself, the real deep authentic core of your being. This involves your emotions becoming a part of what supports your deeper essence rather than having excessive emotional reactions be a barrier to a deeper connection with yourself. You are learning to face and release old wounds and hurts so you can connect more truly into yourself. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “An old-fashioned Woman and an up-to-date Girl”. This symbol shows that finding the most effective and wisest course of action involves having the flexibility to balance tried and true patterns with new, innovative patterns. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Bridge being built across a Gorge” which represents doing the difficult work involved in connection into the next level of awareness.
On July 21, the Full Moon occurred with the Moon in Capricorn and the Sun in Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 4, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a gathering of complex energy patterns tied to our emotional feelings and our passions. There is a focus on following your dreams. This calls us to tune into ourselves and understand better what our dreams are. Then we need to interact with the world and see how we can reorganize our experiences to more closely reflect our dreams. There is a sense here of an organic flow of energy rising up out of us and interacting with the world. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Daughter of the American Revolution”. This is about recognizing that you have a heritage that is fraught with problems and issues. This heritage has been seeking to control and limit you and your are seeking to free yourself from these forces so you can freely express who you truly are. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Secret Business Conference”. Here you are tuning into the true authority you carry within you and accepting your mandate to participate in the managing of the world’s hidden realities.
On July 5, the New Moon occurred with the Moon in Cancer and the Sun in Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 4, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a subtle emphasis on tapping into the essence and foundation of the areas you are working in. The importance of accomplishing your goals in a way where you are taking into account the needs of the other people involved is highlighted. There is a potential for creative development of better patterns of operation in your communities as you seek to address the areas in your community where people are falling through the cracks. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A group of people who have overeaten and enjoyed it”. This is a reminder of the importance of working carefully and systematically in a group to test out new experiences and interactions taking one step at a time. The warning to to only move as fast as you can process your new awareness. You may have problems if you take on too much too quickly.
On June 20, the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun enters Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a potential for rebirth of the experience of beauty in our everyday life. There is a challenge to adjust and rebirth our dreams and visions. There is a strong sense of smooth flowing development and refinement of the inner self. This is a time to interact and explore on a deep inner level. This gives the potential for new patterns to form organically within you. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun Moon distance is “An Orangutan” which points to each of us sensing powerful primitive distortions deep within us. We are recognizing the need to refine and guide these forces into more mature expression. There is the possibility of distortion if you take for granted your right to do whatever you feel like in life without considering its effect on other people.
On April 8, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Aries. This will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on October 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings us into connection with each other. We understand more and more how the life experiences of others impact our own life experiences. There is a call to support others where they need support as we also respect the importance of each person fashioning their own life pattern. There is a challenge here to learn to work together harmoniously while still respecting each person’s individual experiences and understandings. The Sabian Symbol for the Solar Eclipse is “A Young Girl feeding Birds in Winter”. Here we are making a tentative connection into and expressing the nurturing love that is the core of this realm of manifestation. This love is always there in the depths, if we will allow ourselves to connect into it, no matter what our situation. There is a warning here about trying to manipulate others by controlling what they need that they do not have access to on their own.
On March 25, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on September 17, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is especially focused on taking actions in ways that are compatible with the other people involved in and impacted by the actions. There is the potential here for sudden unexpected events to occur and for the results of one’s actions to have unexpected consequences. There is also an emphasis here of being able to get down to the true core patterns involved and to be able to see the real motives behind people’s actions. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Square brightly lighted on one side”. This symbol is about identifying your destination point and sensing the path you need to take to reach it. The Symbol for the Moon is “The Ideals of a man abundantly crystallized”. This encourages you to work internally to solidify your ideals, forming a solid foundation from which you can relate to others effectively.
