Today, Monday (8/18/2025), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Uranus joining with Neptune and Pluto (2*). This vibrational energy pattern is working on harmonious interactions with others, especially focused on relating with people that are like you. This is extended out into more universal levels with a great deal of sensitivity. There is a compulsive need for free, spontaneous expression of your dreams and visions. For VA Students (6, 12, 18)
This vibrational energy pattern is better and more effectively implemented by stepping back and becoming detached. This enables you to relate to what you are working on without prejudgment. There is a strong emphasis on relatedness and interconnectivity with an understanding that each person is equally important and all must carry equal weight.

The Two Planet Diary

Aug 12 – Aug 20 (exact Aug 14) Mercury in Leo is sharing freely (sextile) with Mars in Libra. This energy is decreasing fading out around 11 PM on Aug 20. This vibrational energy pattern brings a desire to share with others developing your understanding together, learning more about life and the world around you.
Aug 11 – Oct 27 (not exact) Uranus in Gemini is flowing freely (trine) with Pluto in Aquarius. They do not become exact, but this energy will be felt for the 2 ½ months. This vibrational energy pattern brings an intense need to be free and able to act spontaneously and genuinely. At this time you cannot tolerate a feeling of restriction and control.
Aug 2 – Dec 17 (exact Aug 28 and then Nov 20) Uranus in Gemini is sharing freely (sextile) with Neptune in Aries. This energy is increasing in influence until it peaks at 8:14 PM on Aug 28 then it is decreasing fading out around 7 PM on Dec 17. This vibrational energy pattern brings a high level of sensitivity to the energy flows around you even if you can’t really describe what you are feeling. This sensitivity can result in sometimes unexplainable reactions to things that happen around you.
July 27 – Aug 25 (exact Aug 11) Saturn in Aries is sharing freely (sextile) with Uranus in Gemini. This energy is decreasing fading out around 11 PM on Aug 25. This vibrational energy pattern brings about an independent streak. You are more aware than usual of your own ideas and how they differ from the ideas of those around you. You are going to have your own interpretation of what you experience.
Jun 29 – Oct 6 (not exact) Neptune in Aries is sharing freely (sextile) with Pluto in Aquarius. They do not become exact, but this energy will be felt for more than three months. Here we have a passion for new and exciting dreams and visions that will involve people forming broad networks of connection with each other. There is the potential here for the visions of one to inspire the many.
Jun 9 – Aug 23 (not exact) Saturn in Aries is joining with Neptune in Aries. They do not become exact, but this energy will be felt a lot over this summer. Here we have the potential for new spiritual understandings to begin to emerge. This can also bring deception and fraud. Each person has to decide whether to be open to the amazing energies starting to reach into our consciousness or to be caught up in what they want to believe is true and deceiving themselves and others.
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 5:53 AM, peaking at 7:53 AM, the Moon in Gemini is sharing freely (sextile) with the Sun in Leo. In this 4 hr period you will feel a lightening of your mood with your emotions flowing easily in interaction with others. A meeting or a social gathering would be smoother and easier right now.
At 3:05 PM the Moon enters Cancer, staying for 2 ½ days and shifting your emotional focus to close interactions with those that you consider to be family and to expanding your family group. You want to be able to genuinely be yourself and feel safe around those you love.
Starting at 2:33 PM, peaking at 4:33 PM, the Moon in Cancer is acting and agitating (square) with Saturn in Aries. This 4 hr period is a time when you want to focus on what is really important in your life and take actions to support those things. This could involve things like working on long-term projects or cleaning out the things that are not important. So this is a good time to clean up something that has been bothering you.
Starting at 3:57 PM, peaking at 5:57 PM, the Moon in Cancer is acting and agitating (square) with Neptune in Aries. This 4 hr period highlights your dreams and is a great time to do anything that is especially magical for you, like visiting some special place that you love to go to. There may be some feelings of disconnection from the everyday world and perhaps a sense of fuzziness or vagueness. It will pass as the Moon moves beyond Neptune.

On August 16, the Third Quarter Moon Phase occurred with the Moon in Taurus and the Sun in Leo. This Vibrational Pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 23, 2025. The adjustments needed for rebirth continue to show in this chart. You are challenged to go to depths inside of yourself that you have never penetrated to before and to face what is within you and accept it making highly aware decisions about what you will do with the things you find. Remember you can embrace that which is broken within you and heal it. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “An Untidy, Unkept Man.” This symbol refers to you being no longer controlled by appearance, display and approval. You have the potential here to develop a sense of self-worth and a connection with internal resources that transcends physical appearance. You will find yourself trapped if you get caught up in appearances and vanity and let yourself be controlled by your desire for recognition and approval. The symbol for the Moon is “A Mounted Indian with Scalp Locks”. This is about recognizing your failures and the damage your blindness has done to others. You are facing it in this current moment, accepting responsibility for your actions and seeking to make amends.
On August 9, the Full Moon occurred with the Moon in Aquarius and the Sun in Leo. This Vibrational Pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 23, 2025. This Vibrational Energy Pattern will bring changes. Something new is coming into our awareness right now. This is something that comes from the deepest levels of time and space that rises up with a message of rebirth. There is the potential right now to reach through a portal and make a type of spiritual connection that is usually not possible. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Teacher of Chemistry”. This is about you realizing that you need to pay attention to the small details as well as the bigger picture and that learning involves experimentation and taking calculated risks as you seek to discover what works well together and what will generate a volatile explosive reaction. You need to overcome your fear of things getting out of control and allow yourself to transcend the rules and venture into new territory. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Man Unmasked” which is about unmasking the hidden lingering ego issues within yourself, finding the truth of yourself being revealed even if you’re not ready for it, learning to face the truth of yourself both good and bad.
On July 24, the New Moon occurred with the Sun and Moon in Leo. This Vibrational Pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 23, 2025. This Vibrational Energy Pattern is focused on an intense need to flow with the people around you. There is a need to adjust your approach to more effectively communicate with those around you. There is a sharp contrast between responding impulsively and doing the responsible things that need to be done. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A Woman having her hair bobbed”. This is about the importance of cutting back on the excesses of ego display and shifting to finding appropriate expressions of your innate sense of yourself. If you are seeking to create an illusion that will get you accepted by others, you will find that it does not hold and the results can be very difficult.
On June 20, the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun entered Cancer. This Vibrational Pattern will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22, 2025. This Vibrational Energy Pattern lays out adjustments we are challenged to make in our lives as we each learn to tune into our own unique awareness of how life needs to be lived to work well for us and others. The first adjustment is to learn to take action based on our discrimination of truth vs deception. Secondly there is a challenge to learn when one must act and be willing to do that. Finally we are challenged to learn how to take really big actions that move us into a different level of interaction with the world around us. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun Moon relationship at the Summer Solstice is “A Peacock parading on an Ancient Lawn” which is about each of us recognizing that there is an ancient foundational pattern in the core of each person’s being that is manifesting through you and that this foundational pattern supports the unfolding of the natural beauty and delightful rightness that you carry within you. This is your time to embrace and celebrate this pattern surging up through you.
On March 29, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Aries. This Vibrational Pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon Solar Eclipse on September 21, 2025. This vibrational energy pattern brings a sense of dissatisfaction and a restless searching that is reaching out to find something more satisfactory. There is a sense of connecting into another level of awareness that is idealistic and visionary. This awareness can either open you up to amazing deep spiritual truths or bring a sense of confusion and deceit and betrayal that needs to be penetrated to get to the truths underneath it. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon Solar Eclipse is “A False Call unheard in attention to Immediate Service”. This is about totally focusing on the immediate project or development in which you’re engaged, ignoring all distractions, operating from a state of personal completion and fulfillment. Remaining focused at this time enables you to pursue the opportunities available to you.
On March 14, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Virgo and the Sun in Pisces. This pattern will be influencing us until the next Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on September 7, 2025. This vibrational energy pattern helps us connect into what we really feel deep inside of us. It encourages us to be true to those internal feelings. This can involve letting go of some emotional feelings that do not really serve us. There is a strong focus on working with others helping them to connect into the deep patterns within them that show who they really are. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “An Inhabited Island” which is about you truly grounding within yourself in the essence of yourself, recognizing your boundaries and empowering yourself while learning how to balance your needs against the needs of those around you. Take care to not be putting restrictive boundaries between yourself and those around you and focus only on yourself feeling alienated, deserted and alone. The Moon Symbol is “Mary and her little Lamb”, which is about loving yourself and those around you, operating based on love, kindness and friendship for mutual support, while maintaining your boundaries and your sense of self-integrity. There is a danger here of you or the other person becoming overly dependent on the other.
