The Vibrational Astrology Diary
by Linda Berry*
At 9:16 PM EDT, the New Moon occurs with the Sun and Moon in Cancer.
For the last 15 days and today, Friday (7/9/2021), the strongest vibrational influence comes from Jupiter joining with Uranus and Pluto (2*). This vibration is about the need to reach out and connect in spontaneously with the world around you in a big way. There is a sense that there is so much out there to experience and explore, so let’s go do it. However, this vibration is not just about reaching out and connecting in. It is going to share with others in very creative ways with a drive to explore the different patterns around you and find new combinations. There is a sense of excitement and exuberance with this pattern. Consider going someplace around where you live that you have never been before, go and explore it. You never know what you might discover.
The AstroFrequency(s) for the day (strongest listed first)
25 (1*) Exceptionally Creative, Inventive or Playful, Potential for Creative Genius
10 (1*) Play and Creativity Exploration with Others
20 (1*) Drive to be involved in playful, creative exploration
The Sabian Symbols of our Featured Planets: Jupiter, Uranus, Pluto
The uplifting message from the featured planet positions that shows the way through: You are finding a damaged part of yourself where there is no energy flowing, realizing that it contains rigid patterns that come from ancient times and old soul issues, patterns that have been broken up enough that you can start to heal and rebuild this part of yourself, facing and transforming these ancient patterns and connecting this part of yourself back into universal light and love. You are discovering that you have the awareness and skills to take care of yourself and that you can protect your sense of internal integrity using the tools available to you. You are climbing to the heights of the mountains, seeking to make the connections needed to bring spiritual awareness into yourself and the world. The most dysfunctional expression of this message: You are holding onto your difficult and rigid patterns, feeling frozen in a pattern that you’re not willing to release. You are hiding within the disguises and superficialities of your cultural heritage, pretending to be something you aren’t. You are seeking to reach the top of the heap in order to show that you’re better than others so you can look down on them from your exalted position. .

Two-Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them. There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given. The longer patterns are stronger and so are listed first, followed by the Moods of the Moon}
Jul 7 – Jul 9 (exact Jul 8) Venus in Leo is acting and agitating (square) with Uranus in Taurus. This vibe is decreasing fading out around 12 PM Noon. This vibration brings feelings of attraction either to a person or a special place. There is an appreciation of individual unique characters and a tendency to be suddenly impulsively attracted. It can be a real high, but it usually doesn’t last once the vibration goes away.
The Moods of the Moon.
{Remember that the quick Moon patterns impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of their peak time.}
Starting at 11:38 AM, peaking at 1:38 PM, the Moon in Cancer is sharing freely (sextile) with Uranus in Taurus. This 4 hr period is a great time to join with some friends and do something impulsively, have a shared adventure. Let yourself be spontaneous, make the space for it. You never know what you will discover.
At 9:16 PM, the Moon in Cancer is joining with the Sun in Cancer. This is the New Moon. See the Cyclic Patterns Diary for information.
The Cyclic Patterns Diary
{These are patterns that continue over an extended period of time and you may find that rereading this periodically will help you effectively handle what we are all experiencing as our “astral weather” in this time period.}
At 9:16 PM EDT, the New Moon occurs with the Sun and Moon in Cancer. This vibration will be influencing us until the next New Moon on August 8. This vibration is very intense. There are intense emotional feelings that you are likely to connect into at this time and share with others. This is combined with making connections into the natural world and seeing the light of the divine shining through everything around you. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A Priest performing a Marriage Ceremony” which relates to us each having a buried other within us. We need to connect in with that other and make it a part of our essence, Put in other words we need to marry it. This enables us to form a wholeness within which includes both the mind and the emotions. The challenge in this symbol is to be willing to connect into ourselves deeply.
On July 1 the Third Quarter Moon Phase began with the Moon in Aries and the Sun in Cancer. This vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on July 9. The third quarter brings a need to withdraw into yourself and figure out what is really going on with yourself and those around you. There is something that is not clear and you feel a real need to work on what is actually happening within yourself and in your interactions with others. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Clown making grimaces” which is about using humor to help you be more objective about your problems and realizing that some of the reactions other people have to you may be related to their problems and projections they are making on you. This highlights the importance of you being real and genuine and not pretending to be something you are not. The Moon Symbol is “The President of the Country” which points to your responsibility to act in ways that benefit everyone and not take advantage of your position to gain special undeserved benefits for yourself.
On June 24, the Full Moon occurred with the Moon in Capricorn opposing the Sun in Cancer. This vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on July 9. This Full Moon is an expansive energy that encourages growth in awareness and in social contacts. There is an awareness of the worth and unique gifts of each person and a desire to support and nurture each person in being his or her own person. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Cat arguing with a Mouse” which is about standing up for yourself, questioning the authority of those around you, and facing obstacles and difficulties. There is a warning here to be aware of discounting and denial of the real issues and the potential for rationalization of insecure positions. Be willing to retreat temporarily to a safe place if needed. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Party entering a Large Canoe”. This Symbol points to the importance of joining with others in a group effort (or working through internal conflicts) to accomplish a common goal with each person contributing his or her skills and energy. Be aware of the possibility that some may refuse to do their share and start bickering.
On June 20, the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun enters the sign of Cancer. This vibration will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22. There is potential for expansion and growth this summer. The summer energy contains a sense of moderation involving acting in a considerate harmonious way but there will likely be some change, some action to open up to new patterns and ways of operating. A strong Sabian Symbol for the summer is “A Fellowship Supper” which refers to reaching out to others, sharing companionably with them, forming, and renewing feelings of fellowship and bonding, breaking through feelings of alienation all for the purpose of healing your lines of connection. If you refuse to reconnect with others out of fears of facing and dealing with past issues and old secrets, you may have a sense of having lost some important part of yourself.
On June 10 a New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Gemini. This finishes the Eclipse Season and these patterns will be influencing us until the start of the next Eclipse Season on November 19. This Solar Eclipse is especially working on our mental patterns. It brings a focus on the mind and how your dreams and visions of life are being reflected in your experience. It is about exploring the world and interacting with what is around you in playful and creative ways. There is the potential here for discovering new relationships and connections with the people and the environment around you. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun and Moon is “A Cafeteria” which focuses on the abundance of choices available to you in your world and your opportunity to select which of these choices is right for you, which will nourish you and your life. When you know what is right for you then you need to deliberately select it, pay for it and make it a part of your essence. It is important that you only take what you truly need, leaving the rest for others.
On May 26 a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius. This vibration will be influencing us until the New Moon Solar Eclipse on June 10. This is the start of the Eclipse Season. This vibration is focused on taking action and doing the things that it is essential for you to do to express yourself authentically. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “Drilling for Oil” which refers to you digging down into the ancient strata looking for that which has been formed deep within you. You recognize the pressure that these old structures generate and seek to release the energy that is bound up in these deep patterns. There is a warning not to scatter your energy in superficial pursuits that will let you avoid the deep work that is called for at this time. The Moon Symbol is “A Game of Cricket”. This refers to the process of learning the rules of interfacing with the physical and spiritual realms and following these rules so you can effectively play the game. It cautions against acting arbitrarily, refusing to play by the rules of the game and that if you do you will likely receive harsh reactions and perhaps be rejected by others.
The Retrograde Diary: NO DEGREE CHANGES TODAY
Turning Backward of Uranus, Neptune: Reworking of Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto
{During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards. These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period. These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago. If an entry resonates with you, then claim it, if not, release it, it was for someone else. I would very much like your feedback on this. Points of especially concentrated energy are marked with “!”}
