Today, Monday (8/22/2022), the strongest vibrational influence comes from Mercury joining with Venus and Mars (0*). This day is a time without a distinctive vibrational pattern influencing the energies we feel. However, there is tremendous potential today if you can tune into it. The strongest pattern is extremely creative. In fact, it brings the potential to tune into creative genius. There are artistic and literary elements to this vibration. It is a time when you could write something that will communicate more effectively than normal. Or you could make something very beautiful. Or you could take an area of your house and rework it and make it really lovely. Today you could do something amazing. (For VA Students: 25).

Two-Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them. There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given. At 11:16 PM the Sun enters Virgo and is there for 30 days bringing the sense of an elusive perfection that you would like to express here on earth. This can result in a desire to fix things that are not working the way they “should”.
Aug 21 – Aug 23 (exact Aug 22) Mercury in Virgo is flowing freely (trine) with Pluto in Capricorn. This vibe is increasing in influence until it peaks at 5:58 PM then decreasing fading out around 3 PM on Aug 23. This vibration brings a flow of intense concentration and focus on mental patterns and ideas. You could accomplish a lot today.
The Moods of the Moon.
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 10:10 AM, peaking at 12:10 PM, the Moon in Cancer is acting and agitating (square) with Jupiter in Aries. In this 4 hr period your emotions will tend to expand. If you are feeling good, this can be great. If you are not feeling good, then this can be difficult. See if you can direct your feelings and thoughts to things that are pleasant and positive and you will be rewarded with some really good feelings.

On Friday, August 19, the Third Quarter Moon occurred with the Moon in Taurus and the Sun in Leo. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the next New Moon on Aug 27. This vibrational pattern is very transformative. It is strongly active and the energy involved could turn aggressive if thwarted or possibly even if frustrated. This is definitely a time to take action, the trick is to act with wisdom. There is a strong tendency to be interested in new and different ways of seeing the world. Some people may be ready to expand their understanding of life and see their world in a different way. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “Daybreak”. This connects you in with a new beginning. The light of the divine could start to shine through you bringing awareness that your ego is not the core and source of who and what you are. The Moon Symbol is “A Squaw selling Beads”. This symbol reminds us that there is a price to pay for opening up to the deeper levels within us. This price is in letting go and neither overvaluing or undervaluing yourself. This is the way to connection with the beautiful spirit light within you at the core of your being.
On August 11, the Full Moon occurred with the Sun in Leo and the Moon in Aquarius. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the next New Moon on Aug 27. This vibrational pattern is very action oriented. There is a strong need to go out and do things. The focus is on expressing yourself in your unique way and forming your own ideas about how things work and what you need to do. This involves internal evaluation of your own motives and desires and a lot of introspection to get in touch with you really are and how to express that. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “The Zuni Sun Worshippers”. This helps you reconnect with the sacredness of all life. It brings an awareness that even during stressful times, you can connect into the universal and let the fire of the divine shine through you. The Moon Symbol is “A Big White Dove, a Message Bearer”. This symbols is about you being open to messages from spirit coming from the world around you or speaking quietly within you. There is the potential here for opening yourself to a deeper, clearer level of interaction with spirit.
On July 28, the New Moon occurred with the Sun and Moon in Leo. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the next New Moon on Aug 27. This vibrational pattern brings a focus on your own internal world and may well be a time of withdrawal. You may find yourself needing more time to yourself than usual in order to keep your internal balance. At the same time there is the indication of a need to expand either your own awareness or your connections with the greater world. The Sabian Symbol for the new moon is “An Old-Fashioned Woman and an Up-To-Date Girl”. This is about needing to balance tried and true patterns with new innovative patterns looking for the most effective and wisest course of action. There is a danger of becoming so attached to a particular point of view that you feel threatened by anything that challenges it.
On June 21 the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun entered Cancer. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22. The vibrational energy pattern for the solstice contains a shared potential for creative exploration. There is also a sense of shared restlessness and dissatisfaction that seems to drive people to seek something different than what they have. The Sabian Symbol for the Summer Solstice comes from the relationship of the Sun to the Moon. It is “A Gypsy coming out of the Forest” which shows the potential for people to move beyond their previously restricted viewpoint and become aware of a larger reality that they can connect into.
On May 16, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Scorpio and the Sun in Taurus. This is the end of this eclipse season and this vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next Eclipse Season starts on October 25, 2022. This eclipse is especially involved with Saturn seeking to focus on that which is essential and of long-term importance and to let go of passing feelings and actions that will not be remembered at a later time. This vibrational pattern involves deep inner work seeking to find the appropriate actions and includes a sense of not knowing and not being able to know all the answers. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Spaniard serenading his Senorita” which calls for you to refocus the assertive/aggressive aspect of yourself, discovering the value of love and gentleness, and seeing the beauty within you and in others. The Moon Symbol is “Indians making Camp”. This symbol is about learning to operate in a new realm where you need to learn the rules for functioning in this place so that you respect the rights of everyone involved.
On April 30, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Taurus. This is the start of this eclipse season and this vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next Eclipse Season starts on October 25, 2022. This eclipse focuses on devotion to the beauty of the past with a sense of the importance of direct hands on experience seeking to evaluate what really needs to happen to properly honor the past in the present. The importance of actually taking action to make a more direct involved and beautiful world is especially emphasized. The Sabian Symbol for the eclipse is “Deep-Sea Divers” which is about exploring the deepest realms of your being finding the tremendous pressures that are operating within you calling you to open to new awareness of your talents and gifts. Take care to keep in touch with the reality of the world around you as you are probing the depths within you.
The Retrograde Diary: DEGREE CHANGES TODAY: Mercury >>> Introductory Period of Mercury: Turning back of Uranus: Reworking of Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune: Turning forward of Pluto {During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards.
