The Vibrational Astrology Diary
by Linda Berry*
At 11:16 AM, A New Moon Solar Eclipse occurs with the Moon in Sagittarius and the Sun in Sagittarius.
Today, Monday (12/14/20) the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Sun Moon Solar Eclipse joining with Mercury (2*). This vibration is working in both the emotional and mental realms. There is a sense of reaching out to explore new and different places with an emphasis on both the history and psychology of the areas you are exploring. This can be inner exploration as well as exploration out there in the world. This vibration is both action oriented and creative. There is a desire for natural or organic growth that is right for that person and situation. This is an important time to be open and flexible recognizing that it is time to expand your horizons. This is combined with a sense of restless dissatisfaction that pushes you to seek something else.
The Sabian Symbols of our Featured Planets: Sun, Moon, Mercury
The uplifting message from the featured planet positions that shows the way through: You are directly cutting through the frozen patterns within the self, releasing underlying emotions and feelings, facing and overcoming issues before they become disasters. You are recognizing your worth even in a strange place, affirming and accepting the blessing and happiness offered. You are working hard to cleanse and recondition yourself, cutting through to reveal the formalized beauty hidden within the ragged overgrown expanses within you.
The most dysfunctional expression of this message: You are being caught in frozen patterns, being content to endure whatever may come, burying any sense of hurt, insult or distress, hoping everything will work out well, without doing anything to create a better future. You are always looking for somewhere else that is better and failing to see the blessings and happiness right at your door. You are being caught up in superficial appearances and not doing the things that need to be done to maintain either your internal or external environment.

The Dancing Two-Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them. There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given. The longer patterns are stronger and so are listed first, followed by the Moods of the Moon}
Dec 14 – Dec 16 (exact Dec 15) Venus in Scorpio is sharing freely (sextile) with Saturn in Capricorn. This vibe begins to influence us around 12 PM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 8:00 AM on December 15 then decreasing fading out around 5AM on December 16. This vibration is evaluating your behavior and feelings and the behavior and feelings of those around you seeking to figure out what are effective ways to operate that have the best long term consequences.
Dec 14 – Dec 15 (exact Dec 14) Mercury in Sagittarius is flowing freely (trine) with Mars in Aries. This vibe begins to influence us around 5 AM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 11:23 PM on December 14 then decreasing fading out around 7 PM on December 15. This vibration calls you to learn some new things. If the reaching out energy is thwarted there may be an expression of anger.
Dec 12 – Dec 15 (exact Dec 14) Venus in Scorpio is sharing freely (sextile) with Jupiter in Capricorn. This vibe is increasing in influence until it peaks at 3:58 PM then decreasing fading out around 3 PM on December 15. This vibration is about seeing the beauty in everyone and wanting to expand out and experience and share with more people. This is a great vibration for social interaction.
Dec 12 – Dec 26 (exact Dec 21) Jupiter in Aquarius is joining with Saturn in Aquarius. This vibe is increasing in influence until it peaks at 1:20 PM on December 21 then decreasing fading out around 9 AM on December 30. This vibration balances the expansiveness and tendency towards unrestrained growth from Jupiter with the analysis and evaluation of what is really effective and how far you can expand effectively. This is an excellent vibration for personal growth or for growing and developing a business.
The Moods of the Moon
{Remember that the quick Moon patterns impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of their peak time.}
Starting at 1:15 AM, peaking at 3:15 AM, the Moon in Sagittarius is acting and agitating (square) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period is about the need to take action to make your dreams come true.
Starting at 3:42 AM, peaking at 5:42 AM, the Moon in Sagittarius is joining with Mercury in Sagittarius. This 4 hr period brings a balance of the emotional and mental energies making this a good time to work on projects you need to complete.
Starting at 5:14 AM, peaking at 7:14 AM, the Moon in Sagittarius is flowing freely (trine) with Mars in Aries. This 4 hr period is energetic and a very good time to do physically based activity like exercise or sports.
At 11:16 AM, A New Moon Solar Eclipse occurs with the Moon in Sagittarius and the Sun in Sagittarius. See the Cyclic Patterns Diary for a discussion of this event.
At 10:35 PM the Moon enters Capricorn and you may find yourself less emotional and more objective than at other times. If you realize that this is the point in the Moon’s cycle when objective evaluation is appropriate, then you can use this time to review the last month and see what you have learned and what you need to work on.
The Cyclic Patterns Diary
{These are patterns that continue over an extended period of time and you may find that rereading this periodically will help you effectively handle what we are all experiencing as our “astral weather” in this time period.}
At 11:16 AM there is a New Moon Solar Eclipse with both the Sun and Moon in Sagittarius. These eclipses will be influencing us until the start of the next Eclipse Season on May 26, 2021. This eclipse brings a strong focus on the mind and thinking clearly and communicating with others. But this is not just about sitting around and feeling and thinking. There is a push here to take action driven by a feeling of dissatisfaction with what is happening. The Sabian Symbol for this eclipse is “A Bluebird standing at the Door of the House” which is about recognizing your worth even if you are in a strange place, affirming and accepting the blessing and happiness being offered. There is a temptation to always be looking somewhere else for something that is better which can lead to you failing to see the blessings and happiness right at your door.
On November 30, there was a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse with the Moon in Gemini and the Sun in Sagittarius. This vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the New Moon Solar Eclipse on December 14. We are now in the Eclipse Season when everything gets reorganized. This vibration brings an awareness of the importance of being true to ourselves and that our true self is tuned into a greater reality of which we are a part, something greater than ourselves that we participate in. This is a call to open up to that greater reality, become one with it and be transformed by this experience. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Mother with her Children on Stairs” which reminds us that we are being guided with love and care through progressive levels of awareness and growth and this requires that we be open to help from others but that we recognize that we are each responsible for growing up and looking after ourselves rather than expecting to be taken care of. The Moon Symbol is “A Quiver filled with Arrows”. This reminds of the importance of recognizing the pain we carry within us and accepting that pain, then addressing it and working on healing it.
On September 22, the Sun enters Libra. This is the Fall Equinox when the days and nights are equal. This vibration will be influencing us until the Winter Solstice on December 21. This Vibrational Pattern calls us to look inside of ourselves and see who we really are and whether we are being true to ourselves. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Butterfly made perfect by a dart through it” which involves recognizing that your personal understanding is limited and opening up to learn and flexibly relate to others and adjust based on how they are perceiving you and what they expect of you. The Moon Symbol is “A drowning man rescued”. This is about seeking help to better ground yourself and to take responsibility for your actions, learning how to be more effective.
The Retrograde Diary: NO DEGREE CHANGES TODAY
Reworking Patterns of Uranus: Turning Forward Neptune: Resolution of Mars, Saturn, Pluto
{During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards. These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period. These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago. If an entry resonates with you, then claim it, if not, release it, it was for someone else. I would very much like your feedback on this. Points of especially concentrated energy are marked with “!”}
