We do not have training in managing and developing our personal energy structure. Many of us don’t even think in terms of having a personal energy structure, but we do and you can learn how to relate to and develop yourself in this critical ways.
I will be offering twice monthly experiences in personal energy development. I have worked in this area for over 50 years and have been training others for at least 45 years. If you would like to participate in an experiential workshop where you can work on yourself, you are invited to come and see if this works for you.
You will be working on grounding, centering and shielding. As we proceed you will learn some things about drawing in energy. You will learn about blocks to your energy and ways to clear them. We will work with the chakras and use some concepts from the PsychoSpiritual teachings of Huna.
The workshops will meet on the first and third Fridays of the month from 7:30 PM EST to 9 PM EST starting on January 2, 2026. Workshops will be recorded and the recordings will be available to the participants. The charge is $20/workshop. For people participating in my Astrology classes the charge will be $15/workshop. Please note that there are a couple of partial scholarships if you feel drawn to this but can’t make it work in your budget. We will be meeting online using Zoom which allows you to join the meeting by computer or using your smart phone.
