Yesterday and today, Saturday (1/31/2026), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Sun and Mercury joining with Venus (1*). This Vibrational Energy Pattern is focused on tuning into yourself and recognizing the understandings that you carry with in you. This is balanced by reaching out into the areas of the world that you are attracted to and working with what you find there, shifting relationships among the elements to better express the secret patterns rising within you. Jan 27 – Jan 31 (exact Jan 29) Mercury in Aquarius is joining with Venus in Aquarius. This energy is decreasing fading out around 5 AM on Jan 31. This vibrational energy pattern brings an attraction to communication and connecting ideas in a beautiful way. You will likely be able to communicate more effectively right now.
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 8:18 PM yesterday, peaking at 10:18 PM yesterday, the Moon in Cancer is joining with Jupiter in Cancer. This 4 hr period brings a time when you will feel emotionally expansive and want to share with others in a big way. Enjoy this lovely expansive energy. If something unpleasant happens take care to not overreact.
Starting at 12:55 PM, peaking at 2:55 PM, the Moon in Cancer is sharing freely (sextile) with Uranus in Taurus. In this 4 hr period you are wanting to share spontaneous exciting experiences with your friends and companions. You need the freedom to be able to impulsively do what you feel like in this moment.
Starting at 2:52 PM, peaking at 4:52 PM, the Moon in Cancer is flowing freely (trine) with Saturn in Pisces. This 4 hr period stimulates an internal awareness of the patterns that are working for your long term benefit and those that are undermining your goals. It is easier to shift at this time to a more effective pattern that supports your goals.
At 7:09 PM the Moon enters Leo and for 2 ½ days it brings a feeling of wanting to develop and express yourself as a unique individual not necessarily in a broad sweeping dramatic fashion. You will also enjoy the unique individual expressions of others around you.
Starting at 5:23 PM, peaking at 7:23 PM, the Moon in Leo is flowing freely (trine) with Neptune in Aries. This 4 hr period takes you into your dreams, they are living inside you and you are feeling them. You may find yourself daydreaming more than usual. You can use this time to get deeply in touch with your dreams and draw inspiration from them to help you make them more real.
Starting at 11:21 PM, peaking at 1:21 AM early February 1, the Moon in Leo is opposing Pluto in Aquarius. In this 4 hr period you may connect into deep, even ancient feelings, within you if something another person does triggers you. Be aware of this potential and if it happens study what comes up and work on releasing it. If you respond directly to the other person, you are likely to over-react. This can be a powerful wave of energy that washes over you. You may need to walk away from the situation to keep from dumping this old energy on another person.

On January 25, the First Quarter Moon Phase was reached with the Moon in Taurus and the Sun in Aquarius. This Vibrational Energy Pattern will be influencing us until the Full Moon on February 1, 2025. This Vibrational Energy Pattern emphasizes the importance of realizing that we each play our part in the network of living connections we all live in. As each of us develops and expresses our gifts we find our place in the living network around us. There is a sense of a responsibility to act in ways that bring more beauty into life. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Child born of an Eggshell” which is about you bringing to birth within yourself a new type of being whose deepest instincts are based on cooperation, love and awareness rather than on status and hierarchy. If you cling to old patterns based on status, being afraid to let go, then you will be unable to connect with your greater potential. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Woman of Samaria”. This is about the opportunity to experience love that recognizes your alienation and embraces it, reaching across the abyss to affirm you. You just might be able to move beyond separateness, alienation and loneliness.
On January 18, the New Moon occurred with the Moon and Sun in Capricorn. This Vibrational Energy Pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on February 17, 2025. This vibrational energy pattern brings a strong need to create a flow of our personal experiences with a spiritual understanding of the world. There is a strong call here to join with others and be ready to respond in the moment. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A Woman reading Tea Leaves” which is about opening up and seeing with great clarity the hidden level of reality where you are opening up to your intuitive awareness and taking responsibility for your impact of everything around you. If you operate blindly without taking responsibility for your life and your decisions, you are likely to have problems.
On December 21, the Sun enters Capricorn, the Winter Solstice. This Vibrational Energy Pattern will be influencing us at least until the Spring Equinox on March 20, 2026. This Vibrational Energy Pattern brings an awareness of natural beauty and a drive to contribute to it. This can be expressed either through deception and betrayal or by attuning to the highest spiritual awarenesses and transcending distorted ego patterns. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun to Moon relationship at the Solstice is “A Sword in a Museum” which speaks to laying aside the use of force to gain your ends and embracing love and peace both within yourself and in your interactions with others. If you refuse to do this you are likely to get caught in a pattern where you are holding grudges and being ready to fight others at any sign of opposition or possibly giving up in defeat and feeling worthless and useless.
On September 21, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Moon and Sun in Virgo. This Vibrational Pattern will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on February 17, 2026. This Vibrational Energy Pattern brings an evaluation of emotional patterns and responses seeking to separate deception and betrayal from the seeking of deep spiritual truth. If you listen clearly in your heart you will know which is which. This is a time for you to focus inside yourself and explore the deeper aspects inside seeking to get past any barriers that keep you from connecting into your unique self and your gifts. You are encouraged to project the current patterns into the future and see what will bring the best results for everybody involved. The Sabian Symbol for the Eclipse is “A False Call unheard in attention to immediate service”.This is about the importance of totally focusing on the immediate project or development in which you’re engaged, ignoring all distractions, operating from a state of personal completion and fulfillment. There is danger in you being pulled away from critical tasks, responding to outside interruptions and losing your sense of yourself and your ability to pursue the opportunities available to you.
On September 7, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurs with Moon in Pisces and the Sun in Virgo. This Vibrational Pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on March 3, 2026. This Vibrational Energy Pattern encourages us to see beyond our emotional reactions to the truth of this moment showing that we must learn to embrace that which we have previously excluded. We are challenged to adjust our visions of the future to see more clearly the possibilities for sudden insights into the deep archaic patterns that are holding us back from realizing our dreams. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “An Orangutan” which involves sensing powerful primitive distortions deep within you and recognizing the need to refine and guide those forces into more mature expression. It is dangerous in this energy pattern to take for granted your right to do whatever you feel like in life without considering its effect on other people. The Symbol for the Moon is “The Flow of Inspiration” which brings the potential for you to connect into the flow of spiritual inspiration moving through you and out into the world, If you close up and get caught in a cycle of negativity you will find your perceptions limited which will shut you off from others.
