Today, Sunday (5/16/2021), the strongest vibrational influence comes from Mercury joining with Jupter and Uranus (1*). This vibration is involved in creative exploration with others and then proceeding to take action based on those experiences. There is a reaching out into the world spontaneously exploring what is around you. This is about seeking to build a greater understanding which involves stepping back and getting enough emotional distance so you can more objectively see the big picture. There is potential here to have spontaneous insights as a result of shared exploration into the world around you.

Two-Planet Diary

There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given. May 16 – May 18 (exact May 17) the Sun in Taurus is flowing freely (trine) with Pluto in Capricorn. This vibe begins to influence us around 6 AM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 5:48 AM on May 17 then decreasing fading out around 6 AM on May 18. This vibration may help connect you in with your mission in life. There is a sense of needing to be intensely involved in life. You may find yourself concentrating intensely on something of importance to you today.
The Moods of the Moon.

Starting at 11:06 PM yesterday, peaking at 1:06 AM May 16, the Moon in Cancer is joining with Mars in Cancer. This 4 hr period brings highly energized emotions. You may be prone to act on your emotional feelings without thinking. This extra energy can be constructively used in sports, exercise or physical tasks.
Starting at 4:42 PM, peaking at 6:42 PM, the Moon in Cancer is flowing freely (trine) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period is a time for connecting in with your dreams and visions about life and seeing if you are being true to them or if you need to correct course in some way.
The Cyclic Patterns Diary

On May 11 the New Moon occurred with the Sun and Moon joining together in Taurus. This vibration will be influencing us until the next New Moon on June 10.
This vibration ties into Neptune which means we are seeking to develop our dreams this lunation cycle as well as to bring our ideals into operation in our world around us. There is a sense of deep internal work here that you then take action on. You may experience feelings of restlessness and dissatisfaction this cycle that have you working to develop new ways of operating in your lives and in society. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “White Dove over Troubled Waters” which relates to learning how to separate yourself from your emotional patterns, knowing that they are a part of you, but you do not have to act them out. When you see the bigger picture, you may be able to transcend some of your personal distress.
On March 20, the Sun entered Aries. This is the Spring Equinox, the start of Spring. This vibration will be influencing us until the Summer Solstice on June 20, 2021. The Spring vibration is extremely creative. There is unusual ability this spring to focus and work on creative projects. You are capable of making your own analysis of what is really important and what most needs to be done. At the same time there is a strong inclination to integrate this with your dreams and to take actions that will make your dreams more real. A Sabian Symbol that relates to this spring is “A Fellowship Supper” which relates to breaking through your feelings of alienation opening yourself up to healing your lines of connection to others. It is important to work past your fears and face whatever issues are relevant so that you can reconnect both with yourself and with the world around you.
This current Eclipse season ended on December 14, 2020 and the next eclipse season will begin on May 26, 2021. The current eclipse season will be influencing us until the next one begins. The current eclipse cycle involved a push for action based on feelings of dissatisfaction. This is combined with an awareness of the importance of being true to ourselves and that our true self is tuned into a greater reality of which we are a part, something greater than ourselves that we participate in. This is a call to open up to that greater reality, become one with it and be transformed by this experience.
The Retrograde Diary: DEGREE CHANGES TODAY: Mercury
