Today, Tuesday (8/27/2024), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Moon and Mars joining with Jupiter (1*). The vibrational energy pattern today is first about what is within us, the personal sense of each of us as an individual separate from outside influences. Secondly it is about focus on the world around us and how we can combine different aspects of the world around us in various ways and get different interesting results. This process of self versus others is a core focus today. There is a sense of the need to operate out of your personal impulses versus the impact of our actions on the world around us. There is a tremendous emotional push in today’s energy with a need to take big actions that bring people together. How do you balance yourself with the needs of others? (For VA Students: 1, 2)
The essential principle to guide expression of this vibrational energy is to reach out beyond where you are, to be seeking interaction with whatever is around you always reaching out for further connections.

The Two Planet Diary

Aug 27 – Aug 29 (exact Aug 28) Venus in Virgo is opposing Neptune in Pisces. This energy begins to influence us around 10 PM on Aug. 27 and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 4:24 PM on Aug. 28 then decreasing fading out around 12 PM on Aug. 29. This vibrational energy pattern is about our need to express our dreams and visions in a beautiful way in our interactions with the world around us. There is the potential here to make some shifts in the patterns around us that enable us to connect in to our dreams more effectively.
Aug 26 – Aug 27 (exact Aug 27) Venus in Virgo is flowing freely (trine) with Uranus in Taurus. This energy is increasing in influence until it peaks at 3:23 AM on Aug. 27 then decreasing fading out around 11 PM on Aug. 27. This vibrational energy pattern brings an attraction to experiences in the moment and especially to beauty that surges into your awareness like a beacon of light attracting you like a moth to the flame. Among other things there can be surges in romantic feeling but in most cases they die down as quickly as they flare up. So whatever you feel, go with it for a few days and be sure it really does last before you bet your life on it.
Jul 28 – Sep 4 (closest Aug 16), Neptune in Aries is sharing freely (sextile) with Pluto in Aquarius. This planetary interaction begins at around 3 AM on Jul 28. It does not get exact but the closest position is on August 16. This vibe is then decreasing fading out around 11AM on Sept 4. This vibrational energy pattern brings a surge of focus on your dreams and your passionate need to pursue your dreams
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 3:02 AM, peaking at 5:02 AM, the Moon in Gemini is acting and agitating (square) with Saturn in Pisces. This 4 hr period is a time when you want to focus on what is really important in your life and take actions to support those things. This could involve things like working on long-term projects or cleaning out the things that are not important. So this is a good time to clean up something that has been bothering you.
Starting at 5:50 AM, peaking at 7:50 AM, the Moon in Gemini is joining with Jupiter in Gemini. This 4 hr period brings a time when you will feel emotionally expansive and want to share with others in a big way. Enjoy this lovely expansive energy. If something unpleasant happens take care to not overreact.
Starting at 11:17 AM, peaking at 1:17 PM, the Moon in Gemini is sharing freely (sextile) with Mercury in Leo. This 4 hr period brings a focus on thinking and communicating those thoughts, so writing down your thoughts, and possibly communicating what you are thinking about in a discussion or just sitting and thinking for a while would be profitable. This has the emotions and the mind interacting well and is a good time to work on important projects.
Starting at 6:00 PM, peaking at 8:00 PM, the Moon in Gemini is joining with Mars in Gemini. In this 4 hr period when the Moon and Mars join together the emotions get a lot of energy and there is a desire to go out and take action. If something blocks that action there may be feelings of anger.

On August 26, the Third Quarter Moon occurred with the Moon in Gemini and the Sun in Virgo. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on September 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern involves first connecting into what you have learned in your depths about life and the meaning of life and bringing that awareness out to interact with what is happening in the world around you and taking action to make changes based on this understanding. There is an emphasis on working to improve and more effectively represent the community and guide its organic expansion. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A black child playing with white children” which focuses on us accepting all aspects of ourselves clearing out distortions that have come from us not accepting all of what we are. The Symbol for the Moon is “Holly and Mistletoe”. This brings a sense of a light connection to spirit for just a moment which helps you to recognize that there are deeper levels than what you are aware of and that all that is happening may not be obvious.
On August 19, the Full Moon occurred with the Moon in Aquarius and the Sun in Leo. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on September 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings the potential for creative exploration that can discover new ideas and new ways of operating that can bring changes in our lives and the lives of those around us. This is combined with a focus on internal development and on being with others who are also seeking to develop themselves. There is the potential here for sudden, unexpected, conceptual insights that can shift our understanding of ourselves and the world. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “Many Little Birds on the Limb of a Large Tree” which will help us form relationships that recognize the worth of each person as we share in exchanges of love and affirmation. Interacting superficially seeking to gain prominence, power and prestige is not likely to work well at this time. The Symbol for the Moon is “A Tree felled and sawed”, This opens the door to releasing of old ego patterns and the moving from personal needs to a focus on service to others. If you hold onto a pattern focused on personal gain you will likely find yourself pulled in many different directions with resentful feelings that keep you from participating in an integrated wholeness.
On August 4, the New Moon occurred with the Sun and Moon in Leo. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on September 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is about tangible achievements brought about by expanding your social connections. The most effective action is likely to be done by joining with others into an open creative community expressing independent thinking based on seeing the big picture. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “An Old Sea Captain Rocking” which is about contemplating all that you have been experiencing and getting it in perspective. This increases your understanding and brings guidance for future action. It is important that you stay focused in the present rather than getting caught up in memory and disconnected from the current reality.
On June 20, the Summer Solstice occurred as the Sun enters Cancer. This pattern will be influencing us until the Fall Equinox on September 22, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a potential for rebirth of the experience of beauty in our everyday life. There is a challenge to adjust and rebirth our dreams and visions. There is a strong sense of smooth flowing development and refinement of the inner self. This is a time to interact and explore on a deep inner level. This gives the potential for new patterns to form organically within you. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun Moon distance is “An Orangutan” which points to each of us sensing powerful primitive distortions deep within us. We are recognizing the need to refine and guide these forces into more mature expression. There is the possibility of distortion if you take for granted your right to do whatever you feel like in life without considering its effect on other people.
On April 8, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Aries. This will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on October 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings us into connection with each other. We understand more and more how the life experiences of others impact our own life experiences. There is a call to support others where they need support as we also respect the importance of each person fashioning their own life pattern. There is a challenge here to learn to work together harmoniously while still respecting each person’s individual experiences and understandings. The Sabian Symbol for the Solar Eclipse is “A Young Girl feeding Birds in Winter”. Here we are making a tentative connection into and expressing the nurturing love that is the core of this realm of manifestation. This love is always there in the depths, if we will allow ourselves to connect into it, no matter what our situation. There is a warning here about trying to manipulate others by controlling what they need that they do not have access to on their own.
On March 25, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on September 17, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is especially focused on taking actions in ways that are compatible with the other people involved in and impacted by the actions. There is the potential here for sudden unexpected events to occur and for the results of one’s actions to have unexpected consequences. There is also an emphasis here of being able to get down to the true core patterns involved and to be able to see the real motives behind people’s actions. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Square brightly lighted on one side”. This symbol is about identifying your destination point and sensing the path you need to take to reach it. The Symbol for the Moon is “The Ideals of a man abundantly crystallized”. This encourages you to work internally to solidify your ideals, forming a solid foundation from which you can relate to others effectively.
The Retrograde Diary: NO DEGREE CHANGES TODAY >> Introductory Period for Jupiter: Turning Back of Uranus, Neptune: Reworking of Saturn, Pluto: Turning Forward of Mercury {During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area.
