Yesterday and today, Tuesday (12/20/2022), the strongest vibrational influence comes from Mercury joining with Mars and Jupiter (2*). The vibrational energy for today continues the creative theme of recent vibrational energies. This involves interaction with the world around you, exploring without an agenda. This is a highly energized pattern. There is a smooth flow of play and creativity that you can turn into action to accomplish a goal that arises out of your sense of the organic interactions you have been discovering. This energy is especially focused on learning new things and expressing them in a big way in harmonious interaction with others. There is the potential for some significant new insights. Two-Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them. There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given. At 9:32 AM EST, Jupiter enters Aries and it will remain there until May 16, 2023. For the next five months, you may find you want to expand by doing your own thing, this is when it is easiest to just go out and operate and express yourself in an independent manner. This is a great time to follow what you are feeling deep inside you doing something you have always wanted to do.
Dec 20 – Dec 22 (exact Dec 21) the Sun in Capricorn is acting and agitating (square) with Jupiter in Aries. This vibe begins to influence us at around 6:30 PM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 7:51 PM on Dec. 21, then decreasing and fading out around 10 PM on Dec. 22. This vibrational energy is about expansion and growth. There is a strong push to act in big expansive ways. This is a time to go for it!
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 11:31 PM yesterday, peaking at 1:31 AM, the Moon in Scorpio is opposing Uranus in Taurus. You may be feeling pretty independent right now and more touchy about other people being in control of what you are doing. You will have a tendency to react. Right now you want to do what you feel like doing right this moment and you don’t want to worry about what other people feel about it. Remember other people are feeling the same way and give them the same space you are needing at the moment.
Starting at 4:58 AM, peaking at 6:58 AM, the Moon in Scorpio is sharing freely (sextile) with Mercury in Capricorn. This 4 hr period brings a focus on thinking and communicating those thoughts, so writing down your thoughts, and possibly communicating what you are thinking about in a discussion or just sitting and thinking for a while would be profitable. This has the emotions and the mind interacting well and is a good time to work on important projects.
Starting at 9:41 AM, peaking at 11:41 AM, the Moon in Scorpio is acting and agitating (square) with Saturn in Aquarius. This 4 hr period is a time when you want to focus on what is really important in your life and take actions to support those things. This could involve thing like working on long-term projects or cleaning out the things that are not important. So this is a good time to clean up something that has been bothering you.
Starting at 12:01 PM, peaking at 2:01 PM, the Moon in Scorpio is flowing freely (trine) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period takes you into your dreams, they are living inside you and you are feeling them. You may find yourself daydreaming more than usual. You can use this time to get deeply in touch with your dreams and draw inspiration from them to help you make them more real.
Starting at 7:43 PM, peaking at 9:43 PM, the Moon in Scorpio is sharing freely (sextile) with Pluto in Capricorn. In this 4 hr period there is an easier connection into deeply buried feelings than at other times. There is an opportunity here to share these deep levels with your friends and to be open to them sharing their deep feelings with you. This exchange can sometimes have a healing quality and reduce the pain within you and your friends.

On December 16, the Third Quarter Moon occurred with the Moon in Virgo square the Sun in Sagittarius.This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the New Moon on December 23. This vibrational energy is very independent minded. There is a strong tendency to form your own way of understanding how others are experiencing life rather than following the ideas of others. There is also a sense of celebration of the amazing stories that people can share about their lives. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A chubby boy on a hobby horse”.This is an opportunity to release the excessive energy and resources that you were holding on to, moving into an open flow of give and take with everything around you. Try to avoid being involved in repetitive acts of self-serving indulgence, operating impulsively without any thought for the actual consequences.The Sabian Symbol for theThird Quarter Moonis “A flag at half-mast”.This is an opportunity to realize that you have to move beyond your current absorption in yourself and let your ego “die”, moving beyond self-interest in order to respond to the needs of others. Make sure you are not holding tightly to a superficial sense of your self-importance and failing to recognize the impact of your actions on those around you.
On December 7, the Full Moon occurred with the Sun in Sagittarius opposing the Moon in Gemini. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the next New Moon on December 23. This vibrational energy has a need to go out and take action. Yet, at the same time there is a pull to move inside of yourself and evaluate what you are doing and why you are doing it. The question is especially raised – what does it mean to operate in the moment and how does one respond effectively in the moment. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “An Easter sunrise service”. This is an opportunity to join with others to celebrate the symbols of transformation, the death of the old self and the birth of a new self in which the divine lives. Try not to focus on the pain and losses of the past–being unable to let them go keeps you depressed and stuck in your historical pattern. The Sabian Symbol for the Full Moon is “The head of health dissolved into the head of mentality”. Here there is an opportunity to learn to have your mind guide your body, developing a more mature objective perspective on yourself and others. Make sure not to react based on immature responses, being caught up in illusions of how things should be and not being able to see what is happening within and around you.
On November 23rd, the New Moon occurs with the Sun in Sagittarius conjunct with the Moon in Sagittarius.This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the next New Moon on December 23. The pattern at this New Moon is expansive and involves dealing with the unpredictable aspects of life. There is a sense of joy and adventure here. You look at what you are dealing with, analyze it and figure out as best you can what would be effective. Then you use your intuition to sort through the analysis you have made and figure out what really needs to happen. There is an element of leaping into the unknown here with an embracing of the risk involved in truly expressing yourself. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “The ocean covered with whitecaps”. This symbol is about penetrating surface disturbances, finding deep inner peace and stillness below the surface, as you begin to perceive the underlying strength, stability and permanence of the universal into which you can tap. Try to avoid getting caught up in immediate emotional reactions that keep you from tuning into the deeper stability below the emotional level.
On November 8, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Sun in Scorpio opposite the Moon in Taurus. This is the end of this eclipse season and this vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next Eclipse Season starts on April 20, 2023. This vibrational energy is seeking to get to the true or fundamental essence helping each person discover the unique essence within them and realize how amazing and beautiful it is. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A woman the father of her own child”. This symbol is about giving birth to yourself as a conscious spiritual being connected in with the greater reality around you. The challenge is not to move into feelings of being alone and abandoned which may force you into an unwanted independence without support. The Moon Symbol is “A battle between the swords and the torches”. This might lead you into engaging in a battle between the forces of light, awareness & love and the forces of domination & control with the light shining in and revealing the strongly held distortions that must be defeated. It is important to claim your power and not surrender to the domination and control of others.
On October 25 the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Scorpio. This is the start of this eclipse season and this vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next Eclipse Season starts on April 20, 2023. This vibrational energy brings a sense of the importance of listening to the stories of others. There is a drive towards expanded action seeking to respond to the stories and the needs you encounter in the people around you. This involves a sense of reaching for the fundamental beauty in others that you can see more clearly at this time. The Sabian Symbol for the eclipse is “A house-raising”. This symbol is about being involved in building a new structure for yourself with the entire community generously gathering and harmoniously participating in the process according to their skills and abilities. This is a reminder that others help make our lives work right. Take care not to refuse the help of others because of a lack of trust or an excessive sense of independence related to fear of being controlled. Also be aware that you may have a belief that you do not deserve help or do not have the right to ask for help. This is your own issues. We all need help at times.
On September 22 the Fall Equinox occurs as the Sun enters Libra. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the Winter Solstice on December 21. This Vibrational Pattern involves tuning into yourself and following what is within you rather than seeking to meet external expectations. There is a sense of skepticism about simple pat answers. This comes from a sense of a depth to life with a deep mystery at the very core of life, a mystery that cannot be reduced down to words.. The Sabian Symbol for the Fall Equinox is “An Ancient Pottery Bowl filled with Violets”. This is about basing your pattern on the foundation principles of life. You are encouraged to develop a delicate and beautiful essence that radiates love, peace, beauty and simplicity.
The Retrograde Diary: DEGREE CHANGES TODAY: Mercury, Jupiter >> Introductory Contact for Mercury: Reworking of Mars, Uranus: Turning forward of Neptune: Resolution of Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto {During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area.
