Today, Wednesday (4/1/2023), the strongest vibrational influence comes from Venus joining with Uranus and Neptune (1*). Today’s strongest vibrational pattern is focused within us. This is about spending time by yourself working out what is going on for you and how you are relating to the world around you. You are dealing with your own personal world, the patterns within you that represent your core way of understanding life and the world. You may get some insights that enable you to develop your personal energies and be more effective in your expression of them. This vibrational energy provides a smooth flow of internal experiences that you can share with others in deep open communication. This is a time to really be true to what is deep within you. Two-Planet Diary

Jan 4 – Jan 6 (exact Jan 5) the Sun in Capricorn is flowing freely (trine) with Uranus in Taurus. This vibe begins to influence us at around 1 PM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 11:43 AM on Jan. 5, then decreasing and fading out around 11:00 AM on Jan. 6. This vibration is a delightful flow of impulsivity at a very concrete level. You may find yourself suddenly conceiving something to do that feels simply irresistible. Go do it! Just keep an eye out for operating safely. This can also bring sudden insights into your personal process of growth and give you a spring board into a new level of awareness. This is where your notebook will help. These amazing insights can float past you like a dream, solid one moment and vanished the next, so write down any insights you get. If you want spontaneity and doing things on the spur of the moment, this vibe will encourage you. Take care to take a moment to look before you leap so that this time will be blessed with joy and not laced with pain.
Jan 3 – Jan 5 (exact Jan 4) Venus in Aquarius is sharing freely (sextile) with Jupiter in Aries. This vibe begins to influence us at around 7 AM and is increasing in influence until it peaks at 4:08 AM on Jan. 4, then decreasing and fading out around 1:30 AM on Jan. 5. This vibration is very enjoyable. It is a great time to share socially with others. There is a sense of expansiveness and optimism that is delightful. This involves wanting to be open and let in a larger range of experiences and connections with more people. It brings the desire to express beauty in your own unique way without being concerned about the opinions of others. There is a lighthearted flow to this vibration combined with a sense of expansive optimism. There is a desire to expand your connections with others. This is a great time for social gatherings that will be greatly enjoyed by everyone involved.
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 4:54 PM, peaking at 6:54 PM, the Moon in Gemini is flowing freely (trine) with Saturn in Aquarius. This 4 hr period stimulates an internal awareness of the patterns that are working for your long term benefit and those that are undermining your goals. It is easy to shift at this time to a more effective expression related to your goals.
Starting at 5:07 PM, peaking at 7:07 PM, the Moon in Gemini is acting and agitating (square) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period highlights your dreams and is a great time to do anything that is especially magical for you, like visiting some special place that you love to go to. There may be some feelings of disconnection from the everyday world and perhaps a sense of fuzziness or vagueness. It will pass as the Moon moves beyond Neptune.
The Cyclic Patterns Diary {These are patterns that continue over an extended period of time and you may find that rereading this periodically will help you effectively handle what we are all experiencing as our “astral weather” in this time period.}
On December 29, the First Quarter Moon occurred with the Moon in Aries acting and agitating (square) with the Sun in Capricorn. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the Full Moon on January 6, 2023. This vibrational energy is busy sorting what is really important out and focusing on it. There is a sense here of working deep within and yet of having to take action expressing these deep internal patterns. This can be quite challenging to do. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “An angel carrying a harp”. This is an opportunity to open up to a spiritual being who is bringing you support and assistance by attuning you to the music of the spheres. Try not to hold onto your patterns of discontent and discord, closing yourself off from any help or inspiration, believing that you have already arrived. The Sabian Symbol for the First Quarter Moon is “A crystal gazer”. This is an opportunity to arrive at your destination point and take on the new form and patterns you’re going to energize. Make sure you are not blocking your awareness of what needs to happen or refusing to accept the new forms and patterns being presented to you.
On December 23rd, the New Moon occurred with the Sun in Capricorn conjunct with the Moon in Capricorn. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the next New Moon on January 21. This vibrational energy treasures old patterns and traditions and is devoted to the mother. There is a flow of analysis in this pattern that just deepens it and helps us all appreciate the essentials that are present. This is about sharing community energy together in a loving way. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “Three stained-glass windows, one damaged by bombardment”. This symbol is about repairing the damage done to love and beauty by aggressive violence, healing the deep wounds and blockages within you, gaining the strength and openness to accept love within yourself and give it to others. If you’re unable to tap into this energy, you may start feeling obsessively afraid, damaged and totally vulnerable, without protection, having no place to run or hide.
On December 21, the Winter Solstice occurred as the Sun enters Capricorn. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the Spring Equinox on March 20. This vibrational energy brings a sense of spontaneous joy on the surface. On a deeper level there is an awareness of the importance of community and concern for the places where community fails and people fall through the cracks. There seems to be a strong emphasis, this season, on finding ways to more effectively respond to those among us who are not being supported by community in a good way. The Sabian Symbol for the Winter Solstice is “A jockey”. It comes from the relationship of the Sun to the Moon and it means you are learning how to pace yourself and evaluate your situation then move forward quickly when the time is right, recognizing that the process is more important than the outcome. Try not to rush ahead without thought, getting carried away; seeking to win at all costs and finding that you run out of steam before you have completed your work.
On November 8, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Sun in Scorpio opposite the Moon in Taurus. This is the end of this eclipse season and this vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next Eclipse Season starts on April 20, 2023. This vibrational energy is seeking to get to the true or fundamental essence helping each person discover the unique essence within them and realize how amazing and beautiful it is. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A woman the father of her own child”. This symbol is about giving birth to yourself as a conscious spiritual being connected in with the greater reality around you. The challenge is not to move into feelings of being alone and abandoned which may force you into an unwanted independence without support. The Moon Symbol is “A battle between the swords and the torches”. This might lead you into engaging in a battle between the forces of light, awareness & love and the forces of domination & control with the light shining in and revealing the strongly held distortions that must be defeated. It is important to claim your power and not surrender to the domination and control of others.
On October 25 the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Scorpio. This is the start of this eclipse season and this vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next Eclipse Season starts on April 20, 2023. This vibrational energy brings a sense of the importance of listening to the stories of others. There is a drive towards expanded action seeking to respond to the stories and the needs you encounter in the people around you. This involves a sense of reaching for the fundamental beauty in others that you can see more clearly at this time. The Sabian Symbol for the eclipse is “A house-raising”. This symbol is about being involved in building a new structure for yourself with the entire community generously gathering and harmoniously participating in the process according to their skills and abilities. This is a reminder that others help make our lives work right. Take care not to refuse the help of others because of a lack of trust or an excessive sense of independence related to fear of being controlled. Also be aware that you may have a belief that you do not deserve help or do not have the right to ask for help. This is your own issues. We all need help at times.
The Retrograde Diary: DEGREE CHANGES TODAY: Mercury >> Reworking of Mercury, Uranus: Turning forward of Mars, Neptune: Resolution of Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto {During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards. These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period. These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago.
