The Vibrational Astrology Diary
by Linda Berry
Today (10/3/18) the strongest vibrational frequency is generated by Mercury, Saturn, and Neptune (1*) with a second resonance coming from Mars, Jupiter and Neptune (1*). The mind is very active today seeking deeper understandings and truths. There is a sense of exploring new realms and playfully combining various different ideas to see what makes sense, what fits together. This exploration will have a tendency to generate significant new insights and visions that you then act on in a big way. Today you are encouraged to let yourself act on the new insights that you become aware of. It can be transforming for you and for the world around you.
The AstroFrequency(s) for the day (in order of strength)
29 (1*) Transformation through immersion in new and different patterns or lifestyles
The Dancing Two-Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them. There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given. The longer patterns are stronger and so are listed first, followed by the Moods of the Moon}
Oct. 2 – 3 (exact Oct. 2) Mercury in Libra is acting (square) with Pluto in Capricorn. This vibration fades away around 11 AM. This involves evaluating where your actions are coming from. You may act in ways that come from past habits and become aware of this when others are unhappy with you, or you can engage your mind before you act and realize that the way you are thinking about expressing yourself actually comes from the past and is not appropriate in the current situation.
July 2 – Oct. 19 (exact Sept. 26) Uranus in Taurus is quiet and focused (septile) with Pluto in Capricorn. This pattern is slowly decreasing in strength until Oct. 19 when it fades away. You may be feeling you are lacking spontaneity in your life and find yourself forcing yourself to be spontaneous. This is not easy and may generate some tension inside you. Any focused and spontaneous activity will help use and release this energy. Some examples are dance, group sports, tai chi, or martial arts. Also, a massage might help release built up tension.
The Moods of the Moon
{Remember that the quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of their listed time.}
In a two hour window around 4:33 AM, the Moon in Cancer is trine Jupiter in Scorpio. This brings a feeling of expansive emotionality with good feelings increasing. There is a potential for the feelings to be exaggerated during this time. The Moon enters Leo at 5:12 PM. The Moon in Leo is creative and expressive and it enjoys expressing itself in dramatic ways and appreciates the dramatic expressions of others. In the 4 hours beginning at 5:29 PM, peaking at 7:29 PM the Moon in early Leo is active with (square) Uranus in Taurus. This is likely to be a time of emotional impulsiveness and a tendency to act before you think. If you take a moment to check your actions, you may be able to avoid the potential accidents in this time period.
The Cyclic Patterns Diary
{These are patterns that continue over an extended period of time and you may find that rereading this periodically will help you effectively handle what we are all experiencing as our “astral weather” in this time period.}
The Third Quarter Moon was on Oct. 2 and it will be impacting us for a week until the New Moon on Oct. 8. This week may see people being able to identify with those who come from a different culture and understand better what that other group of people are experiencing. There is a lot of doubt surfacing about the old tried and true answers to problems and a recognition that something different needs to be done. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A canoe approaching safety through dangerous waters”. This relates to recognizing that as you let go of the dangers of ego domination and emotional rebellion, you can move into harmony and a place of safety within yourself that can then be reflected out into your world. The Moon’s symbol “A large diamond not completely cut” indicates the process of releasing the internal patterns that are keeping you from expressing the coherent, beautiful pattern that is within you. Recognizing that this is a development process and the pain of finding yourself will bring great rewards may help you as you go through the process of transformation.
The Full Moon was on Sept. 24 at 10:52 PM. It will be an influence in our lives until the next New Moon on Oct. 8. The challenge of this Full Moon is to see each moment as an expression of the pulse of life stretching out through the eons. It is important to act in each moment on your sense of what that moment calls for, to be here now, and at the same time to keep a perspective where you can see how the pattern of this moment fits into the unfolding pattern of life. Furthermore, there is a willingness to do the hard work called for in order to remove the blocks in your spirit to a fuller awareness. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “The light of the sixth race transmutted to the seventh”. This makes this Full Moon a special time for transmuting your spirit as you open up to the radiant light of the spirit shining within you. There is the potential at this Full Moon for a leap in consciousness and ability to express your potential. The key to this shift is to step back from your day to day ego concerns and to not take yourself so seriously. If we can step back we can see that much of your emotional feelings is about stuff that we will not even remember in a few minutes let along in the years to come and it is really not worth getting stirred up about, learn to let it go.
The Fall Equinox was on Sept. 22 and will be a vibrational influence in our lives until the Winter Solstice on Dec. 21. This is when the Sun enters Libra and day and night are of equal length. This is the transition into the half of the year when the nights are longer than the days. The Fall Equinox pattern will continue to influence us until the Winter Solstice on Dec. 21. This Fall there is a focus on interacting in a focused way with others in teams with common goals. There is also a desire to be guided in your actions by someone you respect who serves as a teacher or coach. You will tend to be very mentally sensitive and responsive and torn between your sense of responsibility and your desire to express yourself in your own way. The Sabian symbol for the Moon is “A cross lying on rocks”. This is about true awakening and the painful process of transcending the barriers within you that block that awakening. In the process of awakening you may feel like your life is ending if you do not realize that this is a transition phase into a greater awareness once you disconnect from the beliefs that are blocking your awakening.
The New Moon occurred on Sept 9 with the Moon joining the Sun in Virgo. It will continue to influence us until the next New Moon on Oct. 8. This New Moon is about a sensitivity to others and what their lives are like, being dissatisfied with the ways we are relating to each other and seeking a way to recognize and respond the the special essence of each person. The Sabian Symbol is “An Ouija Board” which reminds us to always check our deepest intuitions and separate positive guidance from negative impulses inside of us so we can take responsibility for ourselves and our impact on others and not get caught up in the easy answers that superstition and prejudice provide.
The overview of the Current Eclipse Cycle of 3 Eclipses between July 12 and August 11. {We will be feeling the vibrational effect of the current eclipse cycle at least until the start of the next cycle on January 6, 2019. The following is the summary of the guidance from the Sabian Symbols for the eclipses in this cycle.}
Express your gifts as a natural outflow of who you are without feeling that you deserve special treatment. Your reactions to situations may come from problems in your past that have not been resolved with the current situation just being a trigger. You can receive guidance, knowledge and wisdom from the spirit world and from your ancestors helping you tune into ancient wisdom and understand how it can be effective in addressing the problems you face today. This will allow you to relax into an easy flow of interaction with other people where you are accepting other people and they are accepting you. Open up to your higher universal awareness and connections and let it guide you.
The Retrograde Diary
(Venus) turning backward, (Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) reworking patterns, (Saturn) turning forward, (Mars, Jupiter) in Final Resolution
{During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards. These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period. These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago. If an entry resonates with you, then claim it, if not, release it, it was for someone else. I would very much like your feedback on this.}
