Today, Thursday (2/8/2024), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Moon and Mars joining with Pluto (1*). The strongest vibrational energy today is working on some very fundamental levels involving what we experience inside ourselves, how we deal with the world around us and how to establish a natural flow in our lives. In addition to the very str4ong Moon, Mars, and Pluto, Mercury and Venus are also involved in our internal experience helping us to connect into and evaluate our ways of connecting ideas and our sense of the beauty that feeds our souls. There is an upsurging of feelings coming from deep within and a potential to realize how these deeply buried feelings are affecting our interactions with others resulting in us communicating things that are not about how we really feel at this time. The Two Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them.
There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of the exact time of the aspect. Feb 7 – Feb 9 (exact Feb 8) the Sun in Aquarius is acting and agitating (square) with Uranus in Taurus. This vibe is increasing in influence until it peaks at 5:46 AM on Feb. 8 then decreasing fading out around 6 AM on Feb. 9. This vibrational energy pattern brings a deep need for freedom to respond to what you are experiencing without considering the past history of the situation or the consequences of your actions.
Feb 6 – Feb 9 (exact Feb 7) Mars in Capricorn is sharing freely (sextile) with Neptune in Pisces. This vibe is decreasing fading out around 10 AM on Feb. 9. This vibrational energy pattern is about following your dream, taking the actions that will bring your dream to life as you work cooperatively with others to accomplish your goals
Feb 6 – Feb 8 (exact Feb 7) Venus in Capricorn is flowing freely (trine) with Uranus in Taurus. This vibe is decreasing fading out around 12 PM on Feb. 8. This vibrational energy pattern involves strong sudden attractions. This is the beauty that you see that you are so attracted to that you can think of nothing else. This is often a personal attraction but it can also be an attraction to a place that feeds your spirit and soul.
Jan 24 – Feb 19 (not exact, closest Feb 6) Jupiter in Taurus and Saturn in Pisces.
Jupiter moves back into a light sextile with Saturn at the end of its retrograde period, between Jan 24, 2024 and Feb 19, 2024 but this aspect never becomes exact.
This vibrational pattern gives some potential for balanced growth, but since the aspect never becomes exact it is a potential people can choose to use if they wish.
The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 12:30 AM, peaking at 2:30 AM, the Moon in Capricorn is sharing freely (sextile) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period could bring a distracted dreamy feeling when you are not really sharply focused. Instead you may find yourself day-dreaming about what you would like your life to be like. This is a good time to dream, but not a good time to act on those dreams. Wait until you are thinking more clearly.
Starting at 12:52 AM, peaking at 2:52 AM, the Moon in Capricorn is joining with Mars in Capricorn. In this 4 hr period when the Moon and Mars join together the emotions get a lot of energy and there is a desire to go out and take action. If something blocks that action there may be feelings of anger.
At 8:59 AM the Moon enters Aquarius and becomes focused for the next 2 ½ days on participating in group processes. We are all a part of many groups including our family, our friends, our community, our country and our world. The Moon in Aquarius finds satisfaction in being a part of its groups and contributing to the functioning and well being of those groups.
Starting at 7:57 AM, peaking at 9:57 AM, the Moon in Aquarius is joining with Pluto in Aquarius. This 4 hr period is likely to bring some deep intense emotional feelings with perhaps an awareness of older patterns that are influencing your reactions right now.
Starting at 4:25 PM, peaking at 6:25 PM, the Moon in Aquarius is joining with Mercury in Aquarius. The emotions and moods and mental patterns are working together. This is a time when you are very effective in doing projects.
Starting at 8:10 PM, peaking at 10:10 PM, the Moon in Aquarius is acting and agitating (square) with Jupiter in Taurus. In this 4 hr period your emotions will tend to expand. If you are feeling good, this can be great. If you are not feeling good, then this can be difficult. See if you can direct your feelings and thoughts to things that are pleasant and positive and you will be rewarded with some really good feelings.

On February 2, the Third Quarter Moon occurred with the Moon in Scorpio and the Sun in Aquarius. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on February 9, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is about you being particularly sensitive to beauty and feels a need to bring new beauty and love into your life. You are working inside yourself to evaluate how your current actions are or are not bringing you closer to a true expression of yourself. You are likely to be digging deep inside yourself seeking to get a clearer understanding of who you are capable of being and nurturing the natural growth of your potential. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Train entering a Tunnel”. This is about you seeing the obstacles around you clearly and discovering a shortcut to get past them. This involves entering into a dark tunnel that is a shortcut that will quickly guide you towards your destination. The Symbol for the Moon is “Telephone Linemen at Work”. This is a good week to be working on building more extensive connections between the different aspects of yourself and higher more universal levels of awareness
On January 25 the Full Moon occurred with the Moon in Leo and the Sun in Aquarius. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on February 9, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings a sense of connection you’re your mission and purpose in life. There is also a need to focus your feelings into growth and expansion. The importance of interacting with others in natural harmonious patterns is emphasized. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Performer of a Mystery Play”. This is an opportunity to realize that you are a part of the mystery, the spiritual drama of life, humbly understanding that this life’s experiences are just the part that was assigned for you to do. Claiming special privilege and prestige because of the special awareness and talents that you have developed can get you out of balance with yourself and others. The symbol for the Moon is “An old-fashioned Woman and an up-to-date Girl. This calls you to balance tried and true patterns with new, innovative patterns, looking for the most effective and wisest course of action.
On January 11, the New Moon occurred with the Moon and Sun in Capricorn. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on February 9, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is quite compelling. There are deep emotional patterns that may surface at this time and influence our behavior. It is likely that we will tend to think very quickly and impulsively express our thoughts without regard to how those thoughts will impact others. Our communities, the groups we are associated with are feeling very important at this time and we may find creative ways to support our communities. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A Relay Race”. This is about learning to work with others with each of us doing their part as you strive to reach a common goal.
On December 21 the Winter Solstice occurred as the Sun entered Capricorn. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the Spring Equinox on March 19. This is the shortest day of the year. After the Winter Solstice the days start getting longer and by the Spring Equinox the temperature starts to catch up with the lengthening days. The Solstice brings a flow of unfolding energy that contains the potential for a rebirth in our understanding of both the past and the present. There is a sense of being called to walk in harmony with the people and the world around us as we tune into what is really fundamental and foundational. The Vibration between the Sun and the Moon gives us the Sabian Symbol of “A Case of Apoplexy”. Apoplexy is an old name for something like a stroke where you are temporarily unconscious from an overload in your system. This speaks to very contradictory feelings wanting to express but feeling anxious and fearing disapproval. This is about facing that which is within you that may be inhibiting your ability to truly express what you are. You are meant to shine as a reflection of the one light connecting into something beyond yourself.
On October 28 the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Taurus and the Sun in Scorpio. This vibrational energy pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on Mar 25, 2024. This vibrational energy brings a deep desire to expand your emotional connections and to learn new and different things. There is an underlying whisper of dreams of beauty and exotic experiences. There may be some tendency to project your dreams into the world and not know what is real and what is not. There is a strong need to participate in a new and different worldview that will at least give the hope of involvement in a creative community. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Gold Rush” which can represent you going out into the rugged dangerous depths of yourself and seeking to break up the rigid structures within you that are keeping you from connecting into the gold of your true self. The Moon Symbols is “A Bridge being built across a Gorge”. Here is the opportunity to build a bridge that will cross the abyss and connect you to the next level of awareness. This is not something we can do by ourselves, but if you ask for help from spirit, you will receive it.
On October 14, 2023 the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Libra. This vibrational energy will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024. This vibrational energy is particularly oriented towards involvement in creative groups. There is a desire to explore without an agenda and see what wonders you can find. This involves a passion for learning and applying what you have learned. There is a desire to expand emotionally at a pace you can handle effectively. There is also a need to go out and act and express yourself, make your life happen. The Sabian Symbol for the Eclipse is “A Child giving Birds a Drink at a Fountain”. This is about drawing from the fountain of spiritual nourishment, replenishing yourself and generously sharing with those around you who are not able to obtain it for themselves.
The Retrograde Diary: DEGREE CHANGES TODAY: Neptune >> Introductory Period for Pluto: Turning Forward of Uranus: Resolution of Jupiter, Neptune {During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards.
These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period. These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago.
