Yesterday and today, Friday (5/10/2024), the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Sun joining with Jupiter and Uranus (1*). This vibrational energy pattern brings awareness of yourself and a sense of the basic shape of who you are and what you feel drawn to do. Then you are out reaching out and learning about all the many things in the world around you. There is a need for freedom to respond as you need to to the many things around you. This is accompanied by a need to grow and expand. There are likely feelings of joy and exuberance as you discover so many amazing new things. (For VA Students: 1, 2)
The Effective Response to today’s energies is to form connections with others in a network where each person is contributing their skills to the accomplishment of a larger goal that none of them could accomplish on their own.

The Two Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses. Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them.
There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of the exact time of the aspect. The longer patterns are stronger and so are listed here, followed by a section on the Moods of the Moon}

The Moods of the Moon
{The Moon patterns only last a short period of time. They impact our moods and feelings for around 4 hours, 2 hours each side of the exact position.}
Starting at 11:03 PM yesterday, peaking at 1:03 AM early May 10, the Moon in Gemini is acting and agitating (square) with Saturn in Pisces. This 4 hr period is a time when you want to focus on what is really important in your life and take actions to support those things. This could involve things like working on long-term projects or cleaning out the things that are not important. So this is a good time to clean up something that has been bothering you.
Starting at 11:13 AM, peaking at 1:13 PM, the Moon in Gemini is sharing freely (sextile) with Mercury in Aries. This 4 hr period brings a focus on thinking and communicating those thoughts, so writing down your thoughts, and possibly communicating what you are thinking about in a discussion or just sitting and thinking for a while would be profitable. This has the emotions and the mind interacting well and is a good time to work on important projects.
Starting at 7:49 PM, peaking at 9:49 PM, the Moon in Gemini is acting and agitating (square) with Neptune in Pisces. This 4 hr period highlights your dreams and is a great time to do anything that is especially magical for you, like visiting some special place that you love to go to. There may be some feelings of disconnection from the everyday world and perhaps a sense of fuzziness or vagueness. It will pass as the Moon moves beyond Neptune.
At 11:13 PM the Moon enters Cancer, staying for 2 ½ days and shifting your emotional focus to close interactions with those that you consider to be family and to expanding your family group. You want to have harmonious interactions with those you love.
The Cyclic Patterns Diary {These are patterns that continue over an extended period of time and you may find that rereading this periodically will help you effectively handle what we are all experiencing as our “astral weather” in this time period.}
On May 7, the New Moon occurred with the Moon and Sun in Taurus. This pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on June 6, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is about reevaluation of your goals. What really are your goals? Are you accomplishing them? What are the internal motives and drives that are generating your behaviors and do these behaviors get you to the result that you really want to accomplish. There is a sense of the importance of the patterns and traditions on the past and of the need for freedom to act spontaneously in the future. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A Newly Formed Continent”. This involves a sense of acceptance of yourself as a newly formed being in your own right. There is a danger that you will react to the new pattern forming within you with fear and rejection. The effective expression of this New Moon Pattern involves establishing a stable form at each point based on your current understanding while recognizing that you need to continuously revise your form as your understanding develops.
On April 8, the New Moon Solar Eclipse occurred with the Sun and Moon in Aries. This will be influencing us until the next Solar Eclipse on October 2, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern brings us into connection with each other. We understand more and more how the life experiences of others impact our own life experiences. There is a call to support others where they need support as we also respect the importance of each person fashioning their own life pattern. There is a challenge here to learn to work together harmoniously while still respecting each person’s individual experiences and understandings. The Sabian Symbol for the Solar Eclipse is “A Young Girl feeding Birds in Winter”. Here we are making a tentative connection into and expressing the nurturing love that is the core of this realm of manifestation. This love is always there in the depths, if we will allow ourselves to connect into it, no matter what our situation. There is a warning here about trying to manipulate others by controlling what they need that they do not have access to on their own.
On March 25, a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurred with the Moon in Libra and the Sun in Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the next Lunar Eclipse on September 17, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is especially focused on taking actions in ways that are compatible with the other people involved in and impacted by the actions. There is the potential here for sudden unexpected events to occur and for the results of one’s actions to have unexpected consequences. There is also an emphasis here of being able to get down to the true core patterns involved and to be able to see the real motives behind people’s actions. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A Square brightly lighted on one side”. This symbol is about identifying your destination point and sensing the path you need to take to reach it. The Symbol for the Moon is “The Ideals of a man abundantly crystallized”. This encourages you to work internally to solidify your ideals, forming a solid foundation from which you can relate to others effectively.
On March 19, the Spring Equinox occurred as the Sun entered Aries. This pattern will be influencing us until the Summer Solstice on June 20, 2024. This vibrational energy pattern is connecting into our deep emotional levels making us aware of these deep levels and bringing the potential for a reworking, a rebirth of these deep levels based on insight into what is actually going on within us. This insight may come as a result of seeking to act out of these deep levels and getting feedback from the world around us. There is the potential for a reality check on the foundations of our systems during this three month period. The Sabian Symbol for the relationship of Sun to Moon is “A Man formally dressed and a Deer with its Horns folded. This symbol recognized our more primitive aggressive instincts and shows that we use formal, polite relationship patterns to guide our interactions with other. This will enable us to gain control of our more primitive aggressive instincts. Displaying power, dominance and intimidation in this time period is going against the current energy flow and will tend to undermine the accomplishment of your goals.
The Retrograde Diary: DEGREE CHANGES TODAY: Mercury >> Introductory Period for Saturn: Turning Back of Neptune, Pluto: Resolution of Mercury, Uranus, {During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards. These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period. These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago.
