The Vibrational Astrology Diary
by Linda Berry*

At 2:16 PM, the Full Moon occurs with the Moon in Leo opposing the Sun in Aquarius.
Today, Thursday (1/28/21) the strongest vibrational influence comes from the Sun joining with Jupiter and Neptune (3*).  This vibration is focused on how we interact with the world around us and how we work together.  The vibration is calling us to work in harmony with each other, seeking to understand each other’s concerns and find ways to meet all our needs. Sun, Moon, and Jupiter point out that, in this environment, emotional patterns come into play, patterns that are about how we each seek to achieve our goals and meet our individual needs. This vibrational combination is seeking to bring these two needs into balance so that we can meet our needs in a compatible flow that embraces everyone. The challenge today is to honor both of these needs.

The Sabian Symbols of our Featured Planets: Sun, Jupiter, Neptune
The uplifting message from the featured planet positions that shows the way through: You are remaining true to your sense of yourself and your personal integrity, even if it means losing the approval and adulation that you have been receiving from others. You are preparing yourself by opening up in gratitude, giving thanks for what you have and trusting that you will receive whatever you need from the abundance of life. The most dysfunctional expression of this message: You are doing whatever you need to do to retain your popular appeal, losing track of yourself and what truly represents you in the process. You are constantly demanding and devouring everything around you, arguing, overindulging and not appreciating what you have received.

The Dancing Two-Planet Diary
{When 2 planets interact it influences the way we want to express ourselves, our attitudes, moods, and impulses.  Becoming aware of these vibrations helps us to guide these aspects of ourselves with awareness rather than being controlled by them.  There are longer patterns which tend to have more impact because we feel them for several days in a row and there are quick Moon patterns that impact our moods and feelings for a window of couple of hours either side of the time given.  The longer patterns are stronger and so are listed first, followed by the Moods of the Moon}

Jan 27 – Jan 30 (exact Jan 28) the Sun in Aquarius is joining with Jupiter in Aquarius. This vibe is increasing in influence until it peaks at 8:39 PM then decreasing fading out around 3 AM on January 30. This vibration brings feelings of expansiveness and optimism and is especially interested in our connections to each other and our group processes. Groups activities may be especially effective at this time.

Jan 27 – Jan 29 (exact Jan 28) Venus in Capricorn is joining with Pluto in Capricorn. This vibe is increasing in influence until it peaks at 11:18 AM then decreasing fading out around 7 AM on January 29. This vibration brings intense feelings of attraction that may not make rational sense. The important thing to remember is that this is just a passing phase and it will fade as this aspect fades.

The Moods of the Moon
{Remember that the quick Moon patterns impact our moods and feelings for a window of a couple of hours either side of their peak time.}

Starting at 4:41 AM, peaking at 6:41 AM, the Moon in Leo is opposing Saturn in Aquarius. This 4 hr period is about evaluating your actions and the actions of those around you to see which actions are the most essential, which have the greatest long term impact and focus on those.
Starting at 8:11 AM, peaking at 10:11 AM, the Moon in Leo is acting and agitating (square) with Uranus in Taurus. This 4 hr period brings a strong need for the freedom to do what you find rising up within you, follow your impulses, be spontaneous, do something different.

At 2:16 PM, the Moon in Leo is opposing the Sun in Aquarius. This is the Full Moon. See the Cyclic Patterns Diary for a discussion of it.
Starting at 12:39 PM, peaking at 2:39 PM, the Moon in Leo is opposing Jupiter in Aquarius. This 4 hr period wants to be open and expansive, embracing new and different ways of understanding things and experiencing the world. This is a good time for social activities.
Starting at 3:32 PM, peaking at 5:32 PM, the Moon in Leo is acting and agitating (square) with Mars in Taurus. This 4 hr period brings a strong need to act and accomplish the things you feel a need to do. If you are frustrated, then there can be anger that rises up and can potentially get out of control.

The Cyclic Patterns Diary
{These are patterns that continue over an extended period of time and you may find that rereading this periodically will help you effectively handle what we are all experiencing as our “astral weather” in this time period.}

At 2:16 PM the Full Moon occurs with the Moon in Leo and the Sun in Aquarius. This vibrational pattern will be influencing us until the next New Moon on February 11. This Full Moon vibration has a lot of keyed up, high strung energy that could potentially be triggered. This is energy that just wants to explode all over the place rather than operating in a balanced reasonable manner. The emotional feelings are likely going to feel like there is a tug of war between reasonable measured growth and big spontaneous actions right now.  We may well be feeling this tug-of-war for this entire two weeks. The Sabian Symbol for the Sun is “A popularity that proves ephemeral” which asks whether you will remain true to your sense of yourself and your personal integrity or betray who you are in order to retain your popular appeal. The Symbol for the Moon is “Early morning dew” which is about feeling a sense of nourishment, renewal, and refreshment after a long dark night of doubt and fear in which you were depressed and isolated from everything.  You can either welcome the change and release and renewal or hold onto the difficulties, staying caught in depression so that you fail to see the new answers right in front of you.

On January 13, the New Moon occurred with the Sun and Moon in Capricorn. This energy will be influencing us until the next New Moon on February 11. This vibration is focused in each person in their own evaluation of what is happening in the world around them. Each person is especially prone to act out of their internal sense of reference and ideas about themselves, the world, and life in general. This is a time when people are not open to the ideas of those around them and are unlikely to be influenced by others. The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon is “A Woman entering a Convent”. This speaks to letting go of your own personal needs in order to be of service to others seeking a deeper, and more effective connection to the universal spirit of life. Take care not to neglect yourself and hide away so others will feel sorry for you.

On December 21 the Winter Solstice occurred as the Sun enters Capricorn. This sets the pattern for the next three months. And with the Jupiter Saturn conjunction today this sets the patterns for the next 20 years. There is a potential here for a new pattern to form that brings a sense of hope that we haven’t felt in a while. This involves facing the ways we act out of the darkness within us in confusion and pain and letting a new sense of light come in to clear out the pain and bring new life.  The Sabian Symbol for the Sun at every Winter Solstice is “An Indian Chief demanding Recognition” which points to the importance of each of us connecting in with a sense of inner security that brings us into our inner authority which lets us listen comfortably to others and give way when appropriate. This is combined with the Moon Symbol “An Inhabited Island” which helps us to connect deeply into ourselves this winter and recognize our own boundaries as we learn to balance our needs against the needs of those around us.

This current Eclipse season ended on December 14, 2020 and the next eclipse season will begin on May 26, 2021. The current eclipse season will be influencing us until the next one begins. The current eclipse cycle involved a push for action based on feelings of dissatisfaction. This is combined with an awareness of the importance of being true to ourselves and that our true self is tuned into a greater reality of which we are a part, something greater than ourselves that we participate in. This is a call to open up to that greater reality, become one with it and be transformed by this experience.

The Retrograde Diary: PHASE CHANGE: MERCURY: DEGREE CHANGE: MERCURY
Introductory contact for Pluto: Turning Backward of Mercury: Turning Forward of  Uranus: Resolution of Neptune
{During the apparent retrograde period each planet’s movement relative to the backdrop of the stars slows down, reverses and then turns back around forward again concentrating its vibration in a particular area. There are issues that each planet focuses on during the period leading up to its turn backwards.  These issues are addressed again to be reworked on during the retrograde period [in brackets] then a new understanding of these issues occurs during the post retrograde period.  These issues are not from Vibrational Astrology, this is an experiment based on interpretations of the Sabian Symbols that I wrote many years ago.  If an entry resonates with you, then claim it, if not, release it, it was for someone else.  I would very much like your feedback on this. Points of especially concentrated energy are marked with “!”}
